The villa was super spacious and very tastefully decorated with quality finishes. We liked that there were 2 main indoor areas to congregate (kids took over the less formal upstairs lounge & adults used the living/dining area on the main floor). We LOVED the large terrace and pool area - we kept the wall of floor-to-ceiling sliders open most of our stay for true indoor/outdoor living, the barbeque area was ideal, and it was especially nice to have a view of Santiago and the monument. Since the villa is on a hill, we always had pleasant breezes and never felt hot despite only the bedrooms having a/c (we would have kept the sliders open even if there was a/c in the common areas!). The landscaping makes the property feel very private and it was SO quiet...it really felt like an oasis from the city! We hope to be back soon!

It was a little surprising to us that no one ever came to replenish towels, toilet paper, or take out the trash (or at least provide extra bags). I guess maybe they expect their guests to stay longer than we did (3 nights), and bring their own supply of some items. We made do, and these small inconveniences didn't detract from our overall amazing and luxurious stay!!

Location was fantastic. The house inside is very luxurious and spacious. Recommend for any small group or family just needing to relax in a resort style setting. This place was phenomenal.

The property is beautiful ! Just like the photos

I didn’t like that some of the bedrooms lighting were so dim. My biggest dislike is the lack of communication about the deposit. During the booking process or even prior to arrival I was never informed about the amount of the deposit. When my family and I arrived we were told that a 500$ USD deposit was needed. We were visiting from New York and we aren’t just walking around with that kind of money. It would be very helpful if the host or property owner would let it be known before arrive so that people have time to go to the bank and are prepared.
