We had such an amazing stay at this VRBO. Everything was exactly as pictured online. Our 2 families had way more than enough room. The hot tub was so great. Our kids played on the arcade throughout the stay and loved the bunkbeds. Just perfect for a family vacation. There are a number of checkout rules, but they are clearly stated and easy to follow, this wasn't a problem. We happened to arrive when it was snowing, so we almost didnt make it up the drive. Luckily one of our party had chains and we were able to follow them up. If there is snow forecast, you should consider having chains if you dont have 4w drive like us. Our kids are already asking to return

We had a large group of families and this property didn’t disappoint! There was great communication with property manager who helped us with anything we needed (blown breaker). Kids loved the bunk beds and games. We almost got snowed in with non 4 wheel drive so if you expect heavy snow during your stay strongly recommend 4 wheel drive! Great location to Brian Head Ski Resort!

Place was as advertised, and very accommodating to our needs. The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances and items you would need as well. Having the jacuzzi in the back after being out all day was also pretty sweet. Would recommend staying here, and if we had the same size group would stay again.

We loved going back to Blain’s great house in Brian Head. The kids LOVED the new addition of the arcade game. A wonderful stay.

The house is just as advertised and was great for our group of 3 families. The living room was huge and easily accommodated everyone. The hot tub was wonderful after skiing.

This was our 2nd year staying in this cabin for our family Christmas .. The cabin is well equipped from the kitchen to the bedrooms extra bedding heaters etc….. V ery roomy perfect for large families that like to hang out. Only thing I would ask is for the knives to be sharpened .. If that is the only request you know it’s a great cabin…

Charming house with plenty of space for larger families. We enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor space. We liked having a garage as several of my friends brought their mountain bikes. We would rent again if we come back to Brian Head.

And and they're looking for anything to keep your deposit they literally printed signs all over the house saying they're going to keep your deposit

Easy and we had to move dates. Very accommodating.

This property is in a great location and perfect for groups. Lots of room to spread out and everything you could want from a ski cabin. We would love to stay here again.

Two families with kids 0-7 stayed here. It was comfortable and convenient. The house had the perfect set up for multiple families. The fireplace didn’t work and the coffee pot was missing. The hot tub was gross but the owner sent someone over the next day to address it. Overall, it was a good experience and really appreciated how responsive the owner was to our inquiries.

Blain’s cabin was a great place for multiple families to stay. Plenty of space to spread out, a well stocked kitchen, and a nice jacuzzi to round out a day of skiing. We will definitely look forward to coming back!

We had ana amazing stay at Blain’s vacation rental. We were 3 families with teens. We had plenty of room to spread out. The home was very clean and well thought out. We love to cook and the kitchen was well stocked. Many extra small appliances to choose from and it was a bonus to have the extra garage fridge. We loved the open concept of the living/dining/kitchen. There was plenty of seating for movie nights and the kids had the option to retreat to their own spaces, as well. It was too snowy and cold to enjoy the fire pits but it was nice to have the hot jacuzzi after snowboarding. We make take an annual trip to Brian Head and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

This cabin was spot on for a large family.. We hope to utilize this cabin again next year as it was very accommodating.. The cabin was well equipped from the kitchen to the bathrooms as well… if you are from warmer weather u might request a heater for the living area as it does stay colder in that area the fire place didn’t quite put out enough heat. We kept the heat at 67• as owner suggested very warm upstairs. It was an excellent stay for us…. Property owner was very responsive to our messages..

Paid a very high cleaning fee (VRBO will not let us list the amount) but it was very high! When we arrived we had to clean the kitchen! The stove and oven were terrible and the sink still had food all over in it. Food was also all over the table and floors. The rest of the house was so clean! So frustrating when you pay such a high cleaning fee and then you end up having to clean it first. It is a wonderful cabin. So much room for everyone. The host was excellent to respond when we let him know there was no extra toilet paper or garbage bags anywhere. Fireplace didn't work. We were always taught to leave a place better than you found it and we did, and I wish VRBO held a higher standard to hosts that their cleaning services do not have it ready for you. There should absolutely be some kind of a refund . . .especially when the cleaning fee is was ridiculously high. All in all it was wonderful , and our family had an amazing time over the Thanksgiving weekend. The cabin is set up for large families. We would absolutely stay there again! I fell in love with this cabin the moment I walked through the door. It's spacious and was well stocked! We had a large group and it fit us all comfortably. We cannot wait until our next trip.

We spent two nights at this cabin and it was really homey and warm! We loved the location and the scenery all around. The living area spaciousness made it easy to socialize with others as well. Over all a good experience.

The kitchen/ living area is very open and worked great for our larger group. The kitchen is great for cooking and they had all the cooking supplies we needed. Plenty of room in bedrooms and a beautiful location.
