My husband and I along with my sister and her husband spent Thanksgiving at this property. The layout of the house was perfect. We enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. The piano got a good workout as well. I do have two suggestions. The bed in the first bedroom could use a new mattress. There is a dip that made it difficult to sleep. The second night we moved to the other queen room. That mattress was better and we enjoyed a good sleep. The second item is the toaster. It got very hot and was difficult to get the bread/muffin out without burning the fingers. That being said, we would definitely rent this property next time we visit our family in Sierra Vista!

The neighborhood is a little dated, with a few properties not as well maintained as this one (it happens), and there is an apartment complex immediately behind, so I don’t know how much time we would desire to “hang out” in the back yard, but there is a privacy extension to the patio cover which definitely helps. I won’t hesitate to return for future exploration of SE AZ! The pros FAR outweigh any cons! LOVED our stay!!! Thank you again T&T! <3

We stay at many properties and we absolutely loved this one! The cleanliness and space available in the game room and throughout the home was spectacular! Bedrooms and bathrooms were beautiful and very comfortable. Kitchen was great and the snacks and fruit available were appreciated! In all areas a great choice and simply just very relaxing!!

Best part of this property? Honestly, everything! From communication with the owner to the homey and elegant decor, from the location to the price, from the amenities to the breakfast items and cold water bottles, everything was just perfect. The owner, I don’t want to use her name in a public review, is so kind and gracious. Her husband is a kick and so easy to talk with. The hot tub was amazing! Didn’t think we’d use it in hot weather but we did and it felt great after a day of riding our motorcycles. But honestly, the best part was we were made to feel welcome, like old friends or close family. We left all agreeing to return. For us, that’s a five star place.

The house was fantastic. Plenty of room to be together or apart!! Beds were oh so comfortable with memory foam toppers. Made such a good night sleep possible. Place was easy to get to and easy to find shops close by. All four of us were sorry to leave. Would definitely recommend staying here!!! You'll have a blast!!

We loved our 6 day stay at this home. It was very clean and comfortable with great beds, couches and plenty of quality linens. Our host Theresa was amazing and she had thought of everything. Clear instructions were printed out for all Tvs and the hot tub and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could want including a gallon of milk, bread for toast, juice and brand new boxes of cereal! Theresa also had great communication skills and made ua feel so welcome. We will certainly be back!

What an amazing house! We do a lot of VRBO stays and they are all great… but this one is over the top tho!! So much to do at the house! If you are bored staying here that’s on you because the entertainment at this house is incredible!! Everything it says and way more!! Teresa and Troy are Great!!! Will absolutely stay here again!! 💕

This property is everything and more than what you read. There is everything imaginable that you may need! It was so incredibly clean and comfortable, it definitely makes you feel at home. Theresa was just a phone call away if we needed anything even though we didn't because the property is already so well set up! Thank you for providing the best experience for our first VRBO rental!!

Sierra Staycation was great for our trip to Arizona over Thanksgiving. The well-equipped kitchen, including modern appliances, made meal prep easy and enjoyable. From the pool table to the hot tub to the two televisions, entertainment opportunities were plentiful and the location of the bedrooms in a well-separated area of the house allowed for quiet conditions for sleeping. Overall, a superior venue.

From the incredible host who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best it could be to the beautiful home itself, our vacation in Arizona was perfect! Theresa’s communication was the best we have ever had. Prior to our visit, she asked our kids ages and made sure to include toys and activities that were appropriate for each. She includes breakfast goodies as well. The home was incredibly cozy and very clean! We felt right at home and honestly didn’t want to leave and go back to the cold in Alaska. 10/10, highly recommended this VRBO ♥️

The property was absolutely gorgeous! The decor was charming, the beds comfortable and the home exceptionally clean. We spent three days playing pool, soaking in the hot tub, and playing cards on the back patio. It was a wonderful place to relax and make family memories. We also were especially grateful for the breakfast that was left for us. We had, fruit, milk, juice, eggs and an assortment of muffins and cereal. It was extremely thoughtful. We will definitely stay again the next time we head to Arizona.

Theresa was an amazing hostess. Very communicative and kind. She left toys and food for breakfast that was phenomenal. The beds were very comfy and the linens all soft. The home was immaculate and It was a short drive to tombstone and Bisbee which is why we went. if we’re ever in that area again, we’d love to stay there. Thanks again!

Beautiful property, comfortable, quiet, A+ amenities. The host has thought of everything you could need in a home away from home. Theresa even stocked the fridge and pantry for us! This is the place if you are venturing to the Sierra Vista area.

Where do I begin? First of all Theresa is an amazing owner. She communicated with me and answered all of my questions before and during my trip.. We came form Maryland to visit our son at Ft. Huachuca. The house was so close to base, 5 minutes.. we enjoyed cooking meals in the kitchen and grilling on July 4th. The pool table was a hit and the house was so clean and comfortable. We are already planning our trip back this winter.. Thank you to Theresa for making our trip wonderful!

The owner is very nice and had us all set up for everything we needed. Had a great stay and great time. Would definitely rent again if need up. 10 out of 10 stars 🌟

Two co-workers and myself stayed here for two weeks while doing work over at FTH; the property was not only close to base, but absolutely gorgeous inside and featured all the comforts and amenities of home. The host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing!

Theresa provided wonderful breakfast items and even asked if we needed anything replenished. She was frequently in touch and easy to reach. The house is beautifully decorated, the beds were very comfortable, and the room with the pool table was well used by my relatives. The covered patio is also wonderful. One issue was a dog next door that barked early in the morning on a couple of days but there’s nothing the owner can do regarding that. The only other issue we encountered was a step going into the game room. Numerous people tripped multiple times on it. You can enter the room from the hall or the kitchen but it’s very easy to forget there’s a small step on either side. I tried putting paper towels on the edges and turning on candles to remind us but it didn’t help everyone. Someone finally taped a written caution sign at eye level on both sides and a couple of pieces of masking tape w caution written on them. That seemed to work. It would probably help to somehow slope the step. Otherwise, we would highly recommend a stay at this beautiful property.

Property was more than we could ask for. Very clean and comfortable. Decor made us feel as though we were at home. Theresa was very helpful in arranging our stay, bring us info on golf courses in the area. Was nice to have milk, cereal, bananas, eggs, yogurt, and even peach turnovers for breakfast the next morning House was much more than we needed (3 bedroom for 2 of us) but I would definitely rent from Theresa again.
