Great cabin, very well stocked with everything we needed. Host was very communicative and available if we needed anything. Place was clean, comfortable, and spacious.

We all loved this place💕. We loved all the countless places to go hiking for us as well our dog. There’s wine tasting in Murphy and kayaking up at Lake Alpine, and a lot of restaurants around town, I need to try when we come back. The Greens.

We really enjoyed our stay in the cabin with plenty of room and close proximity to Hwy 4.

Very nice place. A little dated. Reminds me of growing up in the 70's though. Fond memories. Our host, Pat, was great. Very informative and accommodating. Location was great. Easy to find. Nice to be in a cul-de-sac. Since the place was pet friendly and we brought our 4-legged kids, it would have been nice to have a fenced backyard. A little creeky, but fun. Thank you !

Kids had a great time playing in the snow next to the house while I watched from the window. The property was perfect for our purposes. Nothing fancy but warm and inviting. Little extras like a variety of coffee pods, water bottles in the fridge, snow toys and extra snow gear were greatly appreciated. The house was clean and check in and out very easy. Would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay very much. The house was well stocked. The granddaughters loved the snowball makers and the sled. Our house was great about sharing information and responding promptly to questions.

We enjoyed our stay we love this cabin and it's location making everything we need so convenient! We had enough snow on the side to use our sleds down the slope once again. Always a great experience! Definitely coming back

This is the second time we have been to this cabin in the winter time and absolutely love it! Our children love the large loft upstairs and the parents/adults love the warm family room with the nice burning stove. Everything is labelled very well in the house handbook, including a description of all the kitchen items for use. Checkout was very good too, nothing crazy required in order to leave, just putting the towels and used bedding a certain place and doing your own dishes. The host was also very easy to communicate with and made sure the snow was cleared for parking. Overall a great time!

If I go to that area again I will definitely get this cabin my family were so happy and satisfied with this stay and I appreciate everything

We decided this year to go away on a family Christmas vacation to the snow. I booked this cabin in a year advance and it was great. My wife and 2 kids (10 & 6) enjoyed cabin. It was perfect. We drove to Bear Valley to snowboard on Christmas Day and it was a beautiful day and not crowded at all. Both kids did snowboarding lessons while my wife and I snowboarded. This was most definitely a great Christmas vacation and will be planning next year for the same. The cabin had everything we needed. The sleds came in handy the day after Christmas for a day of sledding just up hwy 4. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors are friendly. Great place to stay. Thank you Pat! Aochi’s 2022 24-28 Dec

Three couples fit comfortably in this house with plenty of space for privacy and to gather, especially the spacious kitchen. Well-heated, which was great since it had just snowed. Only two things were not ideal - the living and dining room lighting was dim and not very inviting, and the stairs were very icy and dangerous so we had to shovel them ourselves. Otherwise, great stay!

Great property on a quiet culdesac. Close to white pines lake and Arnold rim trail. We always enjoy staying here.

We all absolutely loved the place. We had the best weekend and plan on going back again.

We had a nice stay here. Everything was clean and well-stocked. They even had a variety of Keurig pods for our morning coffee. We saw deer hanging outside the property in the morning, which was nice and a hit with the kids. Everything was close by, including Snowshoe Brewery.

It was nice and quiet, but amenities were less than 5 minutes away.

Very clean and well kept house. It was just what we needed and close driving distance to everything we wanted to see and do in the area.

House is very cozy and spacious! Communication with property manager is easy and she is very accommodating! This is our second time renting this property and I will definitely come back!

We were so looking forward to getting away from the valley heat, little did we know about Arnold Ca. , it's beautiful. The cabin is a true treasure!! There was nothing missing! It has everything you need and is very clean! Loved every minute. We plan to return!

We loved our stay at this peaceful cabin! The location is perfect for exploring Arnold all the surrounding area has to offer. Even though it's very close to Highway 4, it's super quiet and private. The place was exactly as advertised and very clean. Very comfortable beds, too. My kids loved playing in the upstairs "loft" bedroom and didn't want to leave. Pat was a great host, very communicative and friendly. We will definitely be coming back!

We had an amazing time at the cabin. This was our first time away from home during Christmas so we were very excited and hopeful for a white Christmas which we got. The cabin had everything we needed including a Christmas tree. We will definitely stay here again.
