This was a wonderful place to stay, very clean and nicer than the pictures show. The fire alarm kept going off the whole time, changed batteries etc... wouldnt stop. probably needs a new one. Not a big deal to me it happens. Highly recommend

This place is great! Beach access is very handy across the street and Publix is only a couple minutes walk down the street! The back patio area is awesome as well! Would definitely recommend to friends and family! Would also stay again! Thanks Frank & Mike!!!

The condo was a great location to the beach and the jacuzzi was a nice addition! Would recommend renting bikes or a golf cart for week to easily navigate around island! Having the Publix right next store was great! 8 is a tight fight but the kids loved the sleepover feel!

We booked this place just on the pictures in the listing. The pictures don’t do it justice. Place is super clean and has plenty of room. We had 6 people stay on the trip. We had plenty of room for everyone. Has a nice backyard with tables and grill. Beach is literally right across the street.

I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. It was clean, comfortable, close to the beach, close to the grocery store, etc. We absolutely loved our stay there. There are all accommodations that you can think of. Didn’t go home with any dirty laundry at all. The hot tub was a nightly thing for our group and we all slept so well because of it. The backyard patio was shaded and there are charcoal grills and lots of shade. We would go back for sure and hope to. Frank was awesome and very quick to respond when we had questions. You will not regret your stay here. Enjoy enjoy enjoy. The beach is literally a 30-60 second walk. Loved it.

This rental is the perfect place for a small family to get away. It has all the perks that you would want when renting a beach house. It's so close to the beach just across the road. Will definitely be back!

The location made this house great. We loved having private beach access and even on the busiest beach days our beach was fairly quiet.

The place was very clean, super close to the beach, hot tub was really nice to have. Bikes need a little work but we loved having them.

This lovely property was everything we wanted for a much needed vacay. We stayed on the bottom floor and enjoyed the space, kitchen was well stocked for quick snacks & meals. ThinQ washer/dryer worked perfectly for us. As you walk outside to the back, you will find 2 Grills and a "Fabulous" jacuzzi, which we used several times a day. There were tables for outdoor eating. Short walk to the beach. While it may have been winter, we enjoyed the warmth of each day as the sun rose higher in the sky. We were lucky not to have any neighbors so we enjoyed the quiet of our space. Kudos to the Owners. Thank you

This property was clean and very close to the beach. It was great to be able to walk across the street and be on the beach. This property was clean and the backyard patio area was very relaxing. However some of the essential appliances need to be updated such as the washer and dryer within the downstairs unit as the washer motor didnt turn off and the dryer ripped clothing. The freezer does make ice but the dispenser didn't work. There's also a crack at the bottom and side of the door which small pests got into the property. Overall this is a nice property.

I have only great things to say. This property has a great location- 2 min walk to the beach, the grocery store and good food. The space was very, very clean and stocked with all you could need. The backyard is well done and a great place to gather. Nice clean hot tub and great ambience out back. Planning to return. Rent this one, you will be glad you did.

This is a well maintained property in a great location. Was so nice to have all of the amenities- coolers, towels, chairs and the bikes! Took the bikes everywhere except to the beach- which is directly across the street. Unfortunately, we now have to get a hot tub at home because my husband became attached to this feature.

The house is very comfortable. Everything you need can be found in the house at no additional cost (bicycles, coolers, beach chairs, etc.). The backyard with hot tube, grill, etc. it is a big advantage. Communication with the owner was good. I highly recommend this vacation home and I plan to return soon.

The pictures do not do the place justice. The property is a lot larger than expected. Each bedroom has a small couch, comfortable beds and a large couch in the family room. I had to work, my kids had school "virtually" and my parents had to work and we never felt like we were on top of each other and the free wifi worked great. Not only is there a breakfast bar but a table and chairs too.The hot tub was very clean and enjoyable. The two charcoal grills, two sets of patio chairs and tables were nice as well.Some unexpected things: Nice beach chairs and umbrellas, sand toys for the kids, boogie boards, hair dryers towels for the shower and the beach. We never felt like we had to run to the store to get any kitchen utensils or beach "stuff".I thought the "beach is 200 ft away" was an exaggeration when reading the description, I was wrong. The beach was super close and convenient. Publix is a stones throw away and behind Publix is a marina with a great restaurant, commercial fishing and dolphin tours within walking distance.The host, Frank, was very patient. He answered all my questions, very helpful and responsive. the check in process was very easy. Even during my stay he checked in to make sure we were happy with our stay.The only negative thing I could think of is we had to leave. I highly recommend this place and look forward to staying again in the future.

This was our first experience with VRBO. Could be happier. This house is in a perfect location on Ft. Myers Beach. Plenty of parking, right across the street from the beach access, and a short walk to the grocery store. The house is beautifully decorated throughout. The backyard is welcoming and a great extension of the home. Leaving this location on the list for a return visit.

Very charming bottom floor apartment style home. It was truly everything that the ad said it was. Mike and Frank allowed us a early check in, which was very accommodating. The beach is literally just across the street, and is private and beautiful. I would have given this property a 5 star, except the hot tub had broken down and the dryer wasn't working. However the owners were very responsive and had the appropriate mechanical people lined up to fix these issues as soon as we checked out. The owners were so friendly, and offered us a deal on a future stay if we wanted to come back. We are planning to make this our pre-Christmas tradition every year.
