Great property. Loved it. Enough room for everyone. Clean, well-maintained.

We came here on a girls trip and the condo was comfortable and clean. There was enough space for our whole group!

The stay was great, and the owners were super responsive. Everyone had their own space so it worked out perfectly. Will definitely put this property on my favorites to book again in the future.

Spent 6 nights at the property. Location was great for activities our gang used. Close to Big Cedar, State Park Marina and horseback riding up 65 hwy without being in Branson traffic. The unit has plenty of parking for everyone with the drive and more parking just across street. Located within just a short walk of the pool which was nice. The screened in porch was great, however afternoon sun is tough as weather was hot while we visited. Check in was a little bumpy as unit had not been cleaned. We arrived early and assumed it had been cleaned as no cleaning units there. Upon entering we noted no cleaning folks had been there. Called Brenda and owners and they got the cleaning people there asap and we were able to get into unit maybe 4:20 or so. We planned to grill the 1st evening and the grill was pretty much unusable. Now get this, Brenda had a new grill deliverd, set up, and ready to use in maybe 2 1/2 hours. Now you will not ever have issues taken care of as that was. Very impressive. About the only suggestions we would make would be to have some towel racks in the bathrooms and better seating in the great room. The couch that is there is awful to try and get out of as it sits/sinks so low. All in all, lots of room, clean, nice location and owners and manager really great to work with.

House was nice and in a good location not far from Branson activities. The only complaint was the pillows were very flat. We had to buy some pillows to be comfortable. Would recommend the owners upgrade those. Otherwise it was fine for our 5 couples.

Excellent in every way

This place was roomy and we really loved everything about the house. So glad that everyone could stay and be comfortable. Host was readily available and easy to contact and quick to respond.

First, we did enjoy our stay. Upon arrival however we noticed that many of the banister rails were not n proper working order, little scary w/littles. The edge of the floor at top of steps was making people slip, it was loose so we removed it to prevent injury. We specifically asked if a DVD player was present and while it was, it was not able to even be turned on ??? Toilet paper roller on wall in 1 bath was missing 3/4 of it. Large hairball was underneath a pillow n bedroom including a vape pen and sunglasses. My biggest issue was linens n towels. There were 2 pullouts but only 1 set of extra sheets and most Def. not enough towels and wash rags for the home for 20 ppl. The blender leaked at bottom of pitcher, it needs replacing. And just a suggestions that would help future visitors, another refrigerator (on downstairs floor perhaps) We made due but just would b nice for overflow. We also looked n cabinets for toaster, a pretty standard appliance but was under the pea trap under the sink-kinda gross! We had no laundry soap( 2 empty containers) and only 2 dishwashing pods. We loved the house and would recommend , just a few things overlooked is all. Thank you for the wonderful vaca.!!!!!

The house was perfect for our large group of multiple families with small children. Each family had their own bathroom. Beds we’re comfortable and the bedrooms are spacious. Kids enjoyed the basement with tv and video games. The pool is set up really nice. We cooked most meals and had all the supplies we needed. The only thing I would ask for would be more kitchen towels as we were only given one. We would stay here again.

Eight adults and six children age 4-17 enjoyed swimming and playing pool at the clubhouse. We had a great time cooking meals and eating together. The large dining table was wonderful for playing games. We had plenty of rooms and beds for sleeping. Overall wonderful experience. The location was convenient for visiting Talking Rocks Cavern, Top of the Rock, the Landing, and Silver Dollar City.

Had a big friends/family get together and really enjoyed it. House was big enough for all of us and very clean. Recommended.

It’s a great place to stay! The location is perfect, not too far from Branson! We had a bigger group and there were plenty places to sleep. We had a great stay, everyone LOVED the house and the game room. The host were very nice and friendly! We’ll definitely be back!

Our group included elderlies with minor disability condition. The bedrooms capacity worked out comfortably for everyone. The drive to Branson strip was not too bad. It was a fun weekend and our cozy housing accommodation was a big help. Thank you!

This was a beautiful, clean, spacious house even with 10 adults and 12 kids in our group. My only complaint is that the Wii in the kids' bunk room didn't work.

The house is roomy and comfortable. The beds were good for sleepily. Quiet neighborhood.

Stayed with extended family and was a very pleasant stay. House was accurate to listing, clean, beds comfortable and basement area was a nice space for entertainment with our large family! Very easy check in and check out process

This house has multiple areas where many can gather. There is a great space on the main floor and another in the basement. We had a wide variety of ages…from 9 months to 67 years old. Not only does the house have good spaces to gather it also has room to spread out as well. The small kids were able to take naps and have quiet time without it totally interrupting what everyone was doing on the main floor. The house was very clean. The pool is close as well. We will definitely be booking this house again!
