We absolutely loved our stay at Cypress Sunrise! The kayaks were a huge hit and we used them every day, paddled to the different little islands and looked for shells, and paddled back. We loved that we were able to fish from the dock! We took our skiff and put in at Murrells Inlet public ramp as we were afraid it would get too shallow in the creek, but we were hit by storms within an hour. The weather was off-and-on-showers, but overall it was a beautiful week for July. The breeze was nice coming off the creek and we couldn’t see the beach but we could hear the crashing of the waves. It was a short drive to Pawleys Island beach area, not too crowded, and dogs were welcome. We were close to Murrells Inlet for our favorite dining spots of Graham’s Landing, River City Cafe, and Hog Heaven, and we also went to Pawleys Raw Bar and The Islander for meals. Both local places were excellent. We shopped at the hammock shops and The General Store, and ended the weekend with my daughter getting engaged right on the dock at Cypress Sunrise!!! We are so excited and this place will have a special place in our hearts because of it! Loved the ease of check in and check out, loved the space under the house, the grills, and the cornhole set. We had a lovely week! Thank you!!!

This house was great for the busy July 4th week. We had beautiful views on the creek but weren't overwhelmed by the crowds. We watched July 4th fireworks and Salute from the Shore on our dock with great views. We read, slept, ate on the porch and kept beach trips to early morning and evening. Great place if you want to avoid the crowds of summer and just relax.

We had such a good time staying for spring break! The kayaks and the dock were a family favorite and we enjoyed them daily!!!

We loved every second spent here. Cypress Sunrise was not only comfortable but well equipped for all kinds of winter fun. The host was so helpful in answering questions leading up to our stay and even put up a Christmas tree because we were celebrating the holiday while we were here. We can't wait to book again.

Beautiful, spotless, and peaceful. Magical spot. Beautifully appointed, lovely home. Well stocked with cooking supplies. Brand new beautiful dock with benches, kayaks, and crab traps. Unfortunately the creek was too low(even with high tide☹️ for the traps and too cold to take them out and drop them from the kayak. We did do some kayaking and it was beautiful. Short drive to the beach. Fireplace was beautiful and was a wonderful touch. The views from every room are amazing. Just overall the best rental we have had.

Great location on the marsh which we really enjoyed as we love to kayak. Not far from the beach and really liked the Pawley's Island Beach. It would be an upgrade to remove the carpeting and even though I understood we needed to bring our own linens - more than 1 dishtowel would have been appreciated. Great place overall.
