Ein bezaubernder Ort mit Blick in die Natur. Großer Pool, welcher auch sehr sauber ist. Das Essen war hervorragend und wird mit ganz viel Liebe serviert. Man kann sich auch alles auf‘s Zimmer bringen lassen (ohne Aufpreis). Die Angestellten sind sehr hilfsbereich, besonders möchten wir die bezaubernde Emma und ihre Kollegin erwähnen. 🙏 Viel Ruhe und abseits von Ubud, inmitten der Reisfelder. Unbedingt eine der Villen buchen. Rollervermietung übernimmt die Unterkunft.

All was perfect, the only thing you can improve is food. you can make portions a bit bigger. single meal was not enough for me

Staff were very attentive.

1. There was high noise from the temple located near the property 2. Only 2 small bottles of water were provided for a day. 3. Food ordered was ok the first day, not good the second. Same dish but some items were missing for the second order. 4. Had a 2am shower to go for a hike but hot water was turned off. Very disappointing. 5. Lots of ants in the room and the bed.

I like the nature that's why I choose this hotel. there is rice terrace to my balcony which I love it and insects and lizard are around. which I love to see this nature.

the water is only two bottle for day which is not enough. if we want more its charge or next day we get another bottle. this should be noted that this location hotel is middle of the village so there should be provided water.

Location was a bit remote. But if you want something relaxing it is ideal.

The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The food is of good quality and fast served.

The warm water was finnised very fast. Especially if you are with more than one person.

The Villa was really nice and has a really nice bathtube! (hot water was not a lot, so this is something they could improve). Good value for price. Great view on the rice fields, nice pool and friendly stuff. It is ideal to relax, far from the busy centre.

The area around is really beautiful and green but not the most convenient if you want to stay close to the center of Ubud (around half an hour with the car and the street is dark). I was expecting more breakfast options for the price.

The staff were amazing. The pool has awesome scene and very relaxing.

Bed was quite stiff, the AC wasn’t working very well unfortunately. AC cooling system seems broken. The towel looks unclean, prolly just old and some hard stains. Food portion size was just very small, even for Asians - I think it’s a Bali thing. I can’t believe how tiny the food are for the prize.

Lovely accommodation, nice rooms with a balcony overlooking the rice fields. Pool area is also lovely. Was great to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room, along with a fridge. Staff super helpful

Found quite a few bugs in the room. Very far out in comparison to ubud, struggled to get a taxi on many occasions

Everything was perfect! The staff super friendly. Good food. Nice calm pool with beautiful view. Clean and comfortable rooms. Amazing room service through whatsapp and their bungalows are just WAW!!!

Little details: The wifi is sometimes slow.. And it would be good to have a place to hang the hand shower (so you can wash your hairs with your 2 hands)

Out room was unique and was definitely a cool place to stay.

The room did not feel very clean and when we fist checked in, there were dead bugs on the bed and the fridge was not working (it kept making a loud noise). There were also retreats happening during our stay and it was very loud. Many loud screams and yelling at 10pm at night.

Our stay at your hotel was not pleasant at all. We had closed the villa and upon entering we saw that the doors did not close well and left large gaps between. The bathroom had a hole in the window where even a mouse could fit. it was full of insects and bugs. we had snails in the bathroom, which was supposed to be cleaned every morning and just left them there, we had a nest of large bees and of course, if there was a dead insect, they never cleaned it. the cleanliness in general was unacceptable, they didn't change sheets and towels while we left them on the floor to let them know we wanted a change, they didn't clean the place at all in any way. they found empty shampoo bottles, we didn't have toilet paper and they didn't bring any. on the bed every day we found dirt and even worms while we were sleeping. all areas were dirty full of insects. every day you found something else. we know that it is a hotel in nature, but the dirtiness is not justified at any level. previously we had stayed in a hotel in the jungle and we did not face such a situation. we paid a lot and unfortunately it was not worth it.

The staffs are amazing, hospitality is always the middle name of the staffs (or even Bali in general). Food tastes great, I can request to adjust my spicy level when I order fried rice and it's inexpensive. Location might not be in city center of Ubud but having a quiet stay was my main reason staying in Ubud. Recommend you guys to rent a scooter or car. They have parking lot for your vehicle

I felt the villa isn't very clean but it's understandable knowing the size is quite big and the roof is quite tall

The place is nice

They scammed me into paying more. The single room is NOT a single room and they wrote me an hour before my arrival I booked only a bed in the dorm and made me pay almost double for the single room I wanted. I tried to negotiate but they didn't lower it. The receptionist told me it actually happens regularly and he told the management to change it but they don't, so it's a planned scam to get more money.

The good part was the location and Netflix because I wanted to go to the waterfall and relax so great but otherwise there is absolutely nothing to do around. The workers are helpful and the pool is beautiful. The food is cheap and good.

The room is very high which clearly makes cleaning difficult so you watch the movement of the cobwebs and also made me nervous to see some holes and openings in the door and ceiling gaps because clearly the bugs can get in as it happened, I had to request the removal of a nest of some insect and this morning had something walking behind the closet, like a lizard but bigger. The bathroom is clearly going to be or is already being a headache for the owner because the humidity is everywhere with green moss and a strong smell from time to time. Another thing that annoyed me was a large food menu but almost nothing available, for a remote place far from everything it can be frustrating. The English of most of the staff is understandable but nothing too complex can be handled. And hot water is a myth, after 2 minutes or if you're lucky 3 it runs out and then you only have lukewarm to cold water. Spoon along with cups could be useful in the room too and I had to wash everything as it was clearly dirty or forgotten to be cleaned since the last guests. I took a very good special price for not having a grounding and now I understand. The place has potential but calling it a resort/spa is a bit much.
