Extended family of 12 stayed at this wonderful house! Very clean, great location, exactly as described! Would happily stay again!

We've stayed at multiple properties in Seacrest and this was one of our top 3. Clean property, great location, and excellent communication with the property manager. It needed more silverware as we didn't have many forks, spoons, etc but thankfully we brought some plastic items with us. Overall very comfortable, clean, and we all had a blast!

This is a great property that perfectly fit the needs of our party of adults and children! Would definitely stay here again! We loved that it was just across the street from the pool.

The booking process was smooth, and the communication with the property owners was easy, lovely and thorough. I had many questions, and Leigh and Michael were gracious and helpful. The home has tons of space, all the amenities and the location is perfect. The beach tram stop is literally out the back door. The home is perfect for a multigenerational family trip! This property is in a popular area for kids, teens and college, which makes everyone happy. The pool is even more amazing in person with various areas for all ages. Shopping, food, entertainment is a 5 min walk- literally! Do not miss this property and working with such professional owners who truly want your stay to be worry free!

Clean, convenient, comfortable. A quick trip, and perfect spot.

We stayed there just for one night as we were in town for a business meeting. The spaciousness is what we wanted and we loved the home and the layout.

The house was set up perfectly for the 4 families that we had staying. The top bunk room "presidential suite" we called it was a great addition to the amount of space we already had!

It is hard to find a property that works for adult children, but this place is great. All beds and rooms comfy and private.

This is the second year we have stayed at Seacrest. Very nice property convenient to the beach. This house was awesome with an outside deck on the third floor.

Hosts were AMAZING! The rental was very spacious and welcoming. Loved the beds and the a/c (hubby was so excited). Location is absolutely perfect. Appreciate the hosts willingness to help us when we had few issue that arose...oven wasn't turning on, they quickly replaced it. Our son left his iwatch under a bunk, they quickly helped us locate it and ship it back. Love the comfy chairs in the living room. The top balcony was perfect for an evening outside. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The property manager was very communicable. The house was large enough to accommodate 3 families, with small children. Incredible location! We will absolutely stay here again.

House was nice, cute bunk room on 3rd floor. location says Rosemary but it’s Seacrest. Its between Alys and Rosemary. Make sure to read the binder about check out or you will be charged extra at check out. Bring the necessities you’ll need. Communication with host was great and check in was easy.

We loved staying here! The house was well laid out, beds were comfy, water pressure was great and a/c was excellent! It’s so close to the pool and we often just walked to the beach. The house also has some beach chairs and towel which was lovely.

We were a group comprised of 3 moms and 6 high school senior girls. The house could not have been configured more perfectly for us - all the moms had their own room and teens had the entire third floor to themselves. Location was ideal and house was well-equipped. Wonderful stay!!

The location is great, the house is spacious and well kept, the process was straight forward and the owners were on top of everything and easy to connect with.

My friends and I had a wonderful experience. It was very clean, spacious, and exactly what we needed. The beds were also very comfortable. I love the area. It is a short walk to many stores and to the beach. The tram was nice but it was such a short walk it wasn't needed unless you have a lot to carry. I would highly recommend this property.

Loved this house! We had my daughter's 5 teenage friends join us. They had the whole upstairs to themselves. My son had a suite to himself and my husband and I cozy on the main level. The house is just lovely. We can't wait to come back!!

This place was much bigger than I expected. Beautiful balconies and comfortable beds made our stay very peaceful and relaxing.

This property has ample space and a great location. The photos portrayed the house to be very fresh, but we found it to be a little dated and unappealing in some ways. We’ve stayed in many homes in this area and unfortunately probably wouldn’t stay here again for a number of reasons. The check in was nice and early which we appreciated. The property is not managed by a company which also felt like we didn’t have anyone to speak to for issues we were unhappy with. Overall the thing we appreciated the most was the location of the house, but for the same price we believe there are better homes in the area.
