We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had 6 adults and 10 kids in our group and this house was the perfect spot. Plenty of room and a lot of things for the kids to do. My family and I cannot say enough. Great place and we will return! Definitely liked the fact that it was far enough away from any other property so we didn’t have to worry about disturbing neighbors.

Sunset Peaks was an enjoyable place to spend with family. The only downside was some appliance appeared to be outdated and the microwave went out on us preparing our Thanksgiving dinner. The issue got rectified the following day, given it was a holiday and we are happy with how the issue with resolved. The kids and adults alike had fun playing the racing game, ping pong and pool while also enjoying the hot tub and sitting by the fire pit. It was a relaxing time to be able to reconnect and enjoy family for a few days.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was comfortable, the game room was a big hit with our grandchildren. And having a separate house was so awesome to retreat to for some peace and quiet.

Excellent home which provides room for everyone and engage people from all ages with amenities offered. Don't look back if you're staying around Deep creek Lake.

It’s not often that we can get everyone together and this was the peri place for it!! Everyone was comfortable and there was plenty of room for being in your our space! Great communication and directions were right on.

Some minor property improvements needed but over all a good place with nice amenities

So 16 cousins got together ranging from 14-74 and stayed Fri-Sun. Everyone had a good time. Loved the hot tub, the games provided, pool tables, video games. The works!! Whomever took over this property knows how to keep a family busy. Kitchen well equipped, the only thing had issue with was couldn’t get over to work. Other than that⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

When we reached the house it was 91 degrees inside in July. I call the number in email for emergency issues. They said they would have a technician give me a call and come out, that was on Friday when I reached. Saturday morning came technician give me a call and come out, that was on Friday when I reached. Saturday morning came no call still. still no call, about 130. A technician shows up at the house, named Jason, who proceeded to tell me that the AC unit went out earlier in the week and that the part was ordered but it just came in. Which no one notified me before coming that there was not gonna be any AC. But overall the place was nice, the pictures make the space seem bigger than it really was in the living room, and dining room area.

We loved that the house was large enough for all 9 of us to have our own space. The kids loved the bunk room (4 bunk beds) where they could all sleep together! We enjoyed the hot tub, the pool table, and the game room. We wanted to use the fire pit but ran out of time. We had a great vacation and would definitely go back!

Guest house great but a shower would be nice. Main house great. Basement shower did have a slow drain. Hot tub great. Deck wonderful. Could use a potato peeler. Regular coffee pot. Larger cookie pan. But in general we were pleased & would rent again.

We had a great stay at Sunset Peaks. The home has plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We especially loved the separate game house and hot tub. The only issues we ran into were that neither of the coffee makers worked and the sheets in three of the rooms were clearly not clean. We ended up having to strip the beds to wash them upon arrival, which was inconvenient in the evening. However, this does not take away from what a great home this is. It’s in a convenient location to everything and is very private. We even saw a few deer one evening. I would not hesitate to stay here again because it’s a great house and it’s clear the owners took a lot of pride in making it comfortable, but we were a bit disappointed in the lack of responsiveness of the property management company when a couple issues arose during our stay.

Our family celebrated Thanksgiving in this lovely home. We had everything we needed and were close...but not too close to deep creek/ oakland. This house is great with families with children.
