Very clean , room is confortable , bad is also confortable, parking is good , view is great , stuff is gently, there is no loud

There is no elevator in my part of hotel , in my apartment there is no air condition (but in this case is no metter ), tv is not so good , breakfast can be better ( specially if you want caffe or juice you must extra pay ) , swimming pool must be bigger ( too small for that size hotel )

Suitable for a short stay on the way to Montenegro, for example, or for a longer vacation in Zlatibor.

The breakfast offer overall needs development, smoking (even with children at the same table)! Each district has its own rules...

Location is in the quiet part of Zlatibor which is not a construction site like (yet). Hotel is new and modern. Breakfast is exceptionally good (several types of home-made pies, proja, freshly made ustipci...). Apartment is spacious and modern, well equipped, with terrace. There was enough parking spaces

Everything basically... Cleanless, very helpfull staff, room service and above all brilliant waiter Stojan from restaurant Amphora knowing very well hotel Menu... We have had nice time singing on veranda and were very pleased with good prices for food and accomodation.

The only thing I liked was the room decor and design, it looks elegant.

We stayed in room 203. I don't recommend this place and I would never stay there anymore for many reasons: 1. AC: the AC doesn't work. We asked reception many times، each time they say something: once they say it's central they can't fix it, while the room near us had a perfect AC, once they say it's an apartment and it's not their responsibility, they seemed so careless. We DIDN'T sleep for two nights, which were the worst in my life because of the heat. 2. It says in the description here that there is ro service, which doesn't exist. 3. Swimming pool: they promote for outdoor and indoor swimming pools: the outdoor swimming pool is simply like a bathtub which 6 surrounding hotels share, it was dirty and awful The indoor swimming pool was paid (which is not mentioned on booking) . You have to pay 2000 dinard per person per day to swim in the indoor so small swimming pool. 4. In the room, no soap, no shampoo, no shower gel, no towels, the chairs in the balcony are both falling apart, the bed mattress is too old and awful. 5. The breakfast: it looks variant but it is awful. No coffee offered, only cold milk (one woman poured milk to her little daughter, only to find it is rotten). Overall, we went for our anniversary, but because of them we had an awful stay and I wouldn't recommend at all.

The double bed and the pillows were comfortable. Spacious bathroom

Too far from the center. Limited breakfast choices .The kitchen was not equipped with all the necessary things for a pleasant stay. The sofa was not comfortable. The terrace was very dirty.

It was quiet (considering that some building equipment is in use very early in the morning). Our unit was clean, nicely decorated. Restaurant breakfast buffet was decent. Waiters are polite and nice. Really nice and helpful hotel reception staff. Buildings and grounds are very clean (despite some people throwing cigarette buds all over, but you guys are great at cleaning it).

There are few things that we were not impressed with: 1. Our unit was not well equipped for longer stay (for exp for one or two nights would be ok, but for 5 or more days as we ate use to kitchen us not equipped properly). 2. Waiter at the buffet should pay more attention and politely warn people not to hrab food with their fingers. After breakfast we had one person in our family feeling sick. 3. THIS WE REALLY DID NOT LIKE!!! WHY do you allow smoking in your restaurant it is beyond me??? It is gross to eat food (especially breakfast) and have some people lighting up one cigarette after another. Plus lots of children and babies were around. I do not think restaurant as a business will go down if you ban smoking. They can do it outside just like they do in the countries where they live. Locals will get used to as well. People come for fresh air and to enjoy mountain morning breakfast and we get poison smoke from cigarettes. Even e-cig are very stinky and dangerous. Hopefully someone will realize that this is very important part of enjoying vacation in full. Thank you very much. 3. Could you please ask person that wipes building floors to use yellow sign or any sign to warn guests that floors are wet? I slipped on it (there is no way to see that floors are wet) and it was not good feeling. Someone might get hurt really bad. Hope that you will take some of these points into considerations. we have stayed only one night in our trip but for sure we will come back, the apartment was super, the view, the breakfast, all was great
