Very clean and well-furnished Bear Trap condo. This was our 2nd stay in this unit and some upgrades appear to have been made since our last visit a few years ago. Note to future renters that this unit is very convenient to the October Glory pool but that pool is currently limited to homeowners and their guests only.

Our family enjoyed this condo very much. It was especially nice to be on one floor with a 2 and 6 year old. Very a glad to have the outside grill. We were disappointed to discover that the pool was only for owners.

The unit we rented was very nice and well stocked. Aside from confusion with check in instructions sent by Vacasa which instructed us to go to an office to obtain a checkin packet which did not exist, our stay was very good.

The condo was lovely. It was clean and welcoming. We love the area and enjoy Bear Trap each time we stay.

A few minor areas were dirty, such as the drawer under the oven was never cleaned and cobwebs in some areas. Everything else was clean, and we were impressed that we did not find much dog hair on furniture etc, especially since it is a dog friendly property. The internet connection was poor, which was an issue for us since my husband was taking online college courses, and that was a necessity for us. We personally did not like that heating and cooling came from the vents on the floor-especially in the bathroom when you are getting out of the shower, and the kitchen, when cooking. Overall the property met our basic needs. I would also recommend putting in the description that although the location is across from the pool, you do not have access to it, because it is the pool only for homeowners and their guests.

Was everything we expected and more. Offseason brings solitude to Bear Claw Dunes resort, which made for a relaxing and restful stay. We, with our 12-year old son, greatly enjoyed the Pavilion indoor pool and we also enjoyed traveling around the Bethany Beach/Rehoboth areas. Cheers!

overall, it was a great place. loved being close to pool and the screened in porch. Outside of a few lights out and could not find replacements, I would recommend this place

This was a great well-stocked and nicely decorated condo. One tiny suggestion would be to change shower head in master bath it's clogged with sediment. We would definitely stay here again. Not a negative against our condo, but the upstairs renters had 5 kids and 4 adults and 2 dogs. The one dog barked and howled the entire time the people weren't home. The kids made so much noise we couldnt get our afternoon naps.

This was our first VRBO experience and we were very pleased. The condo was lovely and comfortable. The location across from the pool was most convenient with our grandchildren. Thank you for a great stay.

The property was perfect for our needs. Very clean and kitchen had all the basics for preparing a meal. Loved the view of the natural area from the back screened in porch.

This was a great place for our small family. Very comfortable and cozy. Only problem we had was pool by complex was not open for maintenance reasons. Do think passes should be included instead of having to pay $20/person to use pool and shuttle.

It looked nice, but was missing some things that would have made our stay better, like sharp knives and a steamer basket in the kitchen and a drying rack for clothes. We really needed instruction for the tv. There were 7 remotes with no indication what each one was for. Additionally, the Internet kept dropping off. There were no storms or electrical outages, so we don't know why it kept cutting out. The handle on the toilet broke. We called to have it fixed on wednesday, but it was not fixed before we left on Saturday morning.

Great time and we loved the place! Furniture and decorations beautiful!

My wife and I, son, daughter, their spouses and their pooches enjoyed the stay. Very nice area in the Bear Trap Dunes village. Nice clean rooms and amenities in an area I wasn't familiar with prior to our stay. A return trip to the Bethany Beach - Ocean View area will be in our future.

Bear trap is great but you need to rethink putting this property on your website.

This is a very nice place to stay, quiet, friendly neighbors and pet friendly. We really enjoyed the screened porch and deck. It was nice having a grassy area right off the porch for our dog. It is just a short car ride to the boardwalk and several state park beaches. While I wish the pool directly across from our condo had not been closed for the year already it was nice to go to the clubhouse and use the indoor or outdoor pool. I would suggest the carpet be deep cleaned, since it is very light colored you can see the high traffic areas easily. The condo was very well cleaned before we arrived. Thank you to Lois at Resort Quest for answering my many questions before our stay.

Bear Trap is a very nice, friendly community. Lots of walkers, dog walkers, we lived our stay. Loved the pool and fitness center too.
