The location of this property was perfect - close to downtown Park City and popular family-friendly hiking destinations. The only reason I'm not rating a 5/5 is due to some minor and slow miscommunication with the host, who was in a different country at the time.

Five of us stayed at this lovely property. Plenty of amenities and beautifully appointed, our stay went beyond expectations. Sharlene was very helpful. Quick in her responses and had recommendations for all the things we needed. I highly recommend this property for friends or families!

We had a very active 4 days which included hiking, horseback riding, skeet shooting, gym classes etc. Your lovely lodge served as the perfect hub for all of our activities. Even though we ate out 3 evenings, we made breakfast every morning. Your facilities were very well maintained with all of the necessary accoutrements. Thank you.

This is such a great home. It’s 5 minutes from restaurants and shopping . It can sleep 10-12 people comfortably. Sharlene is so helpful and gets back to you very fast .

Perfect property in every way. It was a beautiful space for a wonderful ski trip with 2 families (4 adults and 5 kids). The kids loved the downstairs bunk area and the plethora of puzzles and games which were available. Upstairs was a perfect area to have a big dinner with everyone after a long day on the slopes. Silver Lake base is only a short walk away and the complimentary ski and boot storage at the base made it a breeze to get on and off the mountain everyday. We haven’t even boarded our flight yet and the kids are already asking when we can go back.

We went with two families to enjoy a long weekend of skiing. The Grandview exceeded all expectations! The location is fantastic and the home is perfect for a group. The owners thought of everything! Communication and check in process was seamless. We will be back!

My group of 7 men on our annual 3 day ski trip was absolutely one of our best experiences. The property is clean, very upgraded, and well appointed. I had to call our host on our first day and she had someone at our door within 1 hour to help us out. We all agreed that we will return for another ski adventure in Deer Valley. And it truly is a very easy 5 minute walk to the ski lifts!!!

We stayed at the property for my bachelorette and it was absolutely perfect. Several of the girls commented on how well stocked the house was and it totally exceeded out expectations. They even provided a little gift for us when we arrived with the sweetest note. Sharlene provided me with several recommendations while in town, including an in-home chef we used. Great views and easy commute into town. Can't wait until we come back!

Experience a truly wonderful time at The Grand View in Deer Valley. Our stay was made even better by the convenient location, just a short walk to the lifts with the option to easily return to the house throughout the day. The owners have thought of everything, providing top-notch ski storage and even boot/glove warmers. From pantry essentials to bathroom necessities, the house is filled with delightful extra touches. The luxurious and incredibly comfortable furniture is perfect for relaxing, while our teens had a blast watching movies on the big screen TV. Forget about slipping on ice with heated driveway and sidewalks. And for the adults, the hot tub was a delightful treat, cleaned twice during our stay. Rest assured, we're already planning our next visit to this incredible destination. What an unforgettable experience at The Grand View in Deer Valley!

Our family’s Christmas vacation at The Grand View was spectacular! Spending the holidays in Deer Valley is our annual tradition, and our week at The Grand View is a highlight we look forward to all year long. The home’s layout is perfect for a group of visitors. Three en-suites provide privacy for couples, plus the bunk room on the lower level (with an attached family room) allows additional space for kids or singles. The decor is beautiful and the view through the enormous picture windows in the main living space offer the most incredible mountain views throughout the day and night. The Grand View’s location in Little Belle is a short five minute walk to Silver Lake Lodge, Goldener Hirsch and The Stein Erickson so no need for a car. The Grand View is a dream destination! Five Stars!

Hi All, if you are looking through the myriad of properties in PC/Deer Valley like we always do, I hope you put this property at the top of your list. Our family has stayed at so many lovely properties, but this one is extra special. All pictures are absolutely accurate, but the hosts/owners know how to run their business and that is what sets this property apart. The care for both the property and the renter is exceptional. As this is not an inexpensive vacation, having hosts that respect your investment and strive to make it exceptional matters. We will absolutely book again, and I hope you will book too. It is a memorable property that will not disappoint.

The property was the most completely stocked location we have ever experienced. There was plenty of kitchen condiments, paper towels, toiletries, towels, and washing supplies.
The property was clean, neat, and nicely furnished. The beds had great mattresses.
Many Deer Valley/Park City properties do not have AC. This property had great AC.
The manager was easy to reach (only had 2 questions) and very responsive.
All of the equipment worked. This is a great location (mid- mountain) for a family gathering in the mountains.

We stayed here for a wedding weekend at the montage and the location was perfect for the wedding events at deer valley as well as ski and snowboarding at park city! The property is beautiful, stocked with plenty of snacks and was the perfect space for 3 couples. The two upstairs bedrooms were full beds vs the queens outlined in the listing but would definitely book this house again. Sharlene was also extremely accommodating with our early and later check in/out needs. Thank you for a great weekend!

This property is absolutely beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures! The view from the large windows is stunning!!! The owners are fantastic and have thought of everything to make this house feel like a home. We really appreciated all the special details like the stocked fridge and pantry, the heated tiles in the bathroom, the boot warmers in the garage and the modern kitchen appliances. The rental is the ideal location for one large family or two small ones. It has everything you need and more (leave some very thoughtful amenities that are skier friendly). The Grand View was SPECTACULAR!! Incredible space that was so well appointed. Every detail was thought through. The kitchen was spacious and had a great selection of pots/pans and other necessary kitchen items. The beds were comfortable and everywhere you could find extra towels, blankets and pillows. The sound system worked well and there were TVs throughout. We loved having the hot tub so accessible! It was a six minute walk to mid mountain at Deer Valley. That made our differing work schedules and slope time work well. The Park City Bus stops at the end of the cup de sac and was SO easy to use to get to Main St. The owner was very attentive and helpful. This was a home run all around!

We rented the Grand View in Little Belle for company executives attending a conference at the nearby Chateau Deer Valley. Everything about our experience was excellent, starting with the thoughtful welcome basket (See's Candies, MacMurray wine and personalized commemorative wine glasses!) awaiting us upon arrival. Every detail was considered - this felt like a combination of staying at a good friend's home with the amenities and attentiveness of a luxury hotel. We have rented in numerous locations around the world and this one is at the top of the list. Highly recommend!

What a trip! Our stay at The Grand View was absolutely wonderful! An easy 5 minute walk to the Deer Valley chairlifts makes it even better than a ski-in ski-out property, offering convenience without the crowds. The home is a perfect blend of chic and cosy with furnishings that are lush and comfortable. Panoramic windows offer a speculative view of the mountains from the the living room, dining room and kitchen and the home’s design allows plenty of space for guests to gather as a group but still have their personal space. Thank you Sharlene and family! We will for sure be back again!
