The home was beautiful. We chose it because it looked perfect for our one year old with baby gates. If you are looking for a home safe for kids just be aware that the full length mirrors are not secured to the walls, they are just leaned against them. Our baby easily broke one which we will have to replace - So double check them.

Spent a 4 day weekend celebrating wife's birthday with family. Everything about property was as advertised. Had no issues with the home. Will stay here again.

Everything was perfect bedsides the neighbors. The neighbors were rude to me and my guest on multiple occasions. everything else in the house was perfect, everything was clean and it looked exactly like the listing.

Gone to the mountains and down to the rivers seen a great show at red ry had a great dinner in Denver city

My wife and I stayed with 2 other couples. Great house because each room had its own bathroom. Nice media room downstairs to watch movies…and a hot tub located just outside the living room for indoor/outdoor fun. Overall excellent experience

I came here with a small group of guys from high school and this spot was a perfect place for us. Close to a lot of restaurants and breweries. The house itself was awesome and getting checked in and out was a seamless process.

Love love loved this place! Hot tub was awesome, property was clean, garage door was so cool! Beautiful space to be able to come back to to chill and hang with my friends for my Bach party! Neighbors were nice and it was so close to everything we needed! Thank you so much!

It was a great home for our Denver stay. Within close distance to downtown with an Uber and easy to get out to see the sites. We enjoyed the hot tub greatly.

Property managers were very responsive. AC went out prior to our arrival. I contacted property owners/managers and they replied quickly and had a repair person out the same day. The house was very clean, well-appointed, and comfortable for all 5. We would definitely stay again! Thanks!

Awesome place - we came in for a concert and were lamenting that we didn’t have more time to spend and enjoy this Vrbo. Beds were super comfortable and the property has everything you need!

We are Colorado natives who come back to Colorado often with family. We had a multi generational visit this trip and our ages ranged from 81-13…. Everyone loved this property.

We stayed here for a girls weekend and it couldn't have been better! Everything in the house was well-appointed, modern and clean. We couldn't believe how big the space was, definitely enough for the 5 of us. We used the hot tub every night, and would have loved to hang out on the rooftop but unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate. The house is on a quiet street and is conveniently located to many activities in Denver. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Overall, would HIGHLY recommend and would definitely return again.

We only had one minor issue and the host fixed it immediately. The hot tub was fun, the rooftop patio was also really nice, and the amenities were clean and nice. Because it’s a duplex, you do have to be cautious about noise.

Overall this place was amazing. Very clean and awesome decor. Just as described. 20ish min Uber ride to downtown. We were able to walk to a few close restaurants. And some fun divey bars close by as well. Definitely would recommend.

This was an excellent property, well set up and very easy to use. Every detail was thought of, taken care of, and supplied. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a well maintained and designed property.

This house has it all ! We were in town for family event and this house was perfect. The kitchen is amazing and the hot tub was so much fun. TV’s for sports and music. Note : there is a lot of stairs but we didn’t mind at all. Having an office to work in was well needed and a great addition for to any rental we always found parking on street which was nice

Remodeled duplex with excellent amenities. Well decorated and comfortable, the home is a welcome spot to relax and unwind. An organized and fully appointed kitchen, that is clean and functional. Bedrooms and baths are really nice with ample closet space and the theater room in the basement is super cool. Highly recommended for families or multiple couples. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great stay…perfect for kids…liked that each of us had our own bathrooms…living room garage door was open a lot of time to enjoy the beautiful Denver weather, nice gas fireplace helped keep from being too chilly…hot tub was very clean…spent a lot of our evenings on the roof around the firepit which never ran out of propane. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had 2 adults and 2 kids while staying just 2 days and will DEFINITELY be back! We were there in September for my birthday and had the BEST time. This house is incredible; pics and reviews don’t even do justice with the amount of details, comfort, and fun this home provides. One thing I really want to call out that as a parent who loves to travel with our kids, the details and things Brooke provided were beyond what any parent could ask for. My kids aren’t toddlers anymore, but I did notice things that are so important; like sturdy baby gates attached to the bottom and top to every stairway! Tons of kids sippy cups, utensils, dishes, and I believe there is a high chair too. Brand new sturdy baby crib in one of the bedrooms that also had a King size bed. In the past I have used BabyQuip to rent these things and have spend ~$400 just to have all that. You won’t have to worry about any of those things as a parent and it’s incredible!

This property was ideal for our friend group. We enjoyed the modern and classy style. Rooftop area, open kitchen/outside design, and the hot tub were staples for us. Super cool and relaxing to have. We very much appreciate the space for the weekend. Would highly recommend to anyone!

This property was wonderful! Clean, comfortable and contemporary. The amenities were spot on and the location was perfect for our plans. Brooke was very friendly, answered our questions, and communicated timely. Chance, the PM, was very nice as well. We arrived early, and by stroke of luck, Chance reached out and said the property was clean and ready to go if we were. We were unpacked and settled in time for lunch and sightseeing. I highly recommend this property, you will not be disappointed!

The accuracy of the listing was great! The house was very clean and presentable. It may not have been the pristine of all areas, but it’s definitely improving and we felt comfortable/safe the entire time! If you’re going for a few nights or even an extended stay, this house is a great option.
