My 80 year old parents stayed here for 3 1/2 months due to their home having a fire. There were several issues that the homeowner did not correct. The dishwasher did not work the entire time. The owner came out to look at it but it was never fixed. Additionally, towards the third month, the refrigerator became unreliable often found too warm or freezing items. The ice maker does not work because it’s not attached to a water line. There were unbelievable mosquitoes that swarmed the front door continuously all summer, coming into the house. We often killed dozens daily. We took care of this by adding our own bug zappers and spraying the house. It took a month to get it under control. The house would be fine if the manager/owner would fix these appliances.

WE were not able to arrive until very late, I was communicated with and they even went to house to turn the porch lights on for us. The house was warm and inviting, Flexibility for check in and check out made the stay even better, Felt like we were working with family not a rental. I highly recommend this site.

We had our best VRBO experience ever when renting with David. We needed a place for a 2-week visit. He went above and beyond to make sure our experience was top notch. I even had the opportunity to meet him, and he is a really nice guy. He gave us pointers on the area and directed us to the best spots. The place is extremely clean and has lots of room for everyone. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. It is located conveniently to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and the IAH airport. We will definitely be staying with David again on our next trip to Houston.

Property was a nice, quiet place to stay while visiting family in the area. The neighborhood was comfortable and easy to access. The house is set up for people to stay with minimal amenities. Cooking/baking for holiday meal required additional purchases. The laundry room had a unique smell (water/pet) although pets are not allowed.

We were there for a ladies golf tourney and the location was perfect. Easy access to Kingwood CC, HEB, fuel, and restaurants. Beds were very comfy. Ice maker was out of order but we made do with bagged ice. David was an excellent host and was very accommodating. Would stay here again if we’re ever in the area.

not enough glasses, pots pans for cooking were scant, no bowls for mixing or making salads, and for a house this big, the kitchen should be stocked fully and usable for many people and we were just two. and fact that we were told garbage bags and toilet paper were our responsiblity, well, that was shocking. the kitchen only had 2 garbage bags and we had to go buy both on our own. cuppoards were not organized well and had a lot of junk in them had to re arrange for usable space...very few towels and washclothes in the house. the positive is the TV is amazing and connections to internet options good along with good speakers. comfy beds and nice backyard for getting little bit of sun. quiet neighborhood no barking dogs. owner was good about instructions for house and showing us around it day we moved in. that's our feedback

The property was great will be back
The process was straight forward and smoothly. The owner was very prompt to answer all of our questions. He made our experience very easy and seamless. The house is beautiful, clean, has a warm vibe and met our needs. Great back yard and very private. The owner even had some kids books for my daughter that was a nice touch.I would definitely stay here again.
