Everything about this stay was amazing… from how friendly and helpful Narelle was to how incredibly comfy the beds were, the brilliant facilities, and ease of access. We truly can’t wait to come back!

1). The frontdesk receptionist was very rude. We reached the property 45 minutes early and as we have an infant, thought of checking with them if we could checkin 45 minutes before. I contacted the number provided by booking.com, the lady asked me to check with the front desk receptionist. The receptionist was very rude, started complaining how she doesn't work for booking.com and it's not her job to be fixing other properties. It's very frustrating when you are trying to do the right thing but people are rude for no reason. Not a great start to your vacation. 2. Netflix was signed out 30 minutes before the check out time.

The property was exactly like the photos, it was clean, tidy and had everything we’d need or want. The addition of the kids toys was a fantastic touch especially when I was travelling light

In one room there were sand in the beds and there were no milk and sugar in the kitchen for coffee or tea

We booked a last minute room quite late at night. This was no trouble, and while I called to confirm some details and could not get through initially, I was phoned back minutes later.

Great property and wonderful facilities! The host provided all the little extras such as beach towels, pool toys, toiletries etc. Very easy process and we hope to stay again soon.

Our second time staying love the facilities in the resort so close to everything. The villa is lovely with nice little touches to help your stay like gladwrap and baking paper. Loved the air fryer and having oil and salt in the kitchen always helps. Had some great sleeps on the bed the mattress is heavenly. Narelle is easy to contact and would recommend for anyone wanting to stay in Noosaville away from the hustle of Noosa. Also PKs cafe onsite is awesome to have so close.

The only thing that comes to mind is the shower head sprays water everywhere would love to see a hand held shower put in as I have to turn the shower on for my younger daughter and get wet everytime

Great facilities and extremely helpful staff. Good layout in rooms and in the complex itself. Also useful items in the room to take to the beach.

No shade blinds for privacy. Back courtyard didn’t have much privacy screening from the road.
