This place was perfect for our group. Had 5 adults and could’ve fit more people. The hot tub was absolutely amazing to have after being on the slopes all day. The main living area is huge, nice open floor plan. Central Heat works great but there is a gas fireplace that warms the place up quick too. Having a dryer to throw your ski clothes in is such a luxury so they’re dry by the time you put them on the next morning. Would 100% recommend this place and we will stay here again when we come back to ski, if it’s available.

Once we get there, We found the main bedroom messy. It seemed like somebody left the bedroom a few minutes ago. Nobody cleaned the house after the previous travelers left. The coffee brewer had the filter used inside. The dishwasher was full o dishes. The other bedrooms had only one sheet. So have to make up the beds. No trash bags. No paper towels. So we had to go to Food Lion to get some the first night. When we get there, nobody did anything to clear the driveway at least a little bit. It was full of snow, around 30 inches, and the hill is around 40 degrees. You only can access that driveway in that condition if you have a special truck. We had 4x4 vehicles but no big. So we had to park the cars on the street. Next morning a policeman told we have to move the cars asap. The third day we finally got 2 tickets. We have to pay $75 per vehicle. I got hurt when I was trying to access the house for the first time, I was buried till my knees, and then I felt down, because the stairs where frozen. I called them 4 times to claim for somebody to clear the driveway, because the House doesn't have a shovel. They told me that somebody is coming to clear the driveway right away. After 2 hours, I called again because nobody showed up, another operator told me they are not responsible for that situation, so I have to deal with that. 20 minutes later, somebody called me saying they are going to refund me 50% of cleaning fee and they will send somebody to clear the driveway.Nobody showed up

Property was well maintained and my family enjoyed staying there. Highly recommended

The cabin was extremely dirty, i call several times to see if they can come and clean but they never come. The master bedroom was extremely cold we got so sick. Don't stay in this properly you will waste your time and money.

A great spot!! Close to Banner Elk, Boone, and Blowing Rock. Quiet and private with great views. Awesome space for a family or couple.

The cabin was everything as pictured. Kitchen was very well equipped but bed were very uncomfortable. Had one hiccup with no toilet paper upon arrival which was resolved 24 hours later. Overall would use this site again.

We had the most amazing stay in the perfect cabin that fully lived up to our expectations. Everything worked perfectly and the standard was spectacular.

This house is amazing! Well equipped kitchen, comfortable living spaces, comfortable beds and a hot tub! Sunrise is beautiful! Perfect place to stay to enjoy Sugar Mountain. Location is close to fun things to do - we snowboarded, zip-lined and hiked! We will definitely will stay here again!

We loved this home. It was quiet, relaxing, and beautiful inside and out. The hot tub was perfect for those chilly evenings. Everything was very clean and organized. Only suggestions for improvement would be to have extra towels available and a trash can outside.

The cabin was very nice. Located just a couple of miles from Sugar. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This home nicely accommodated our family for our traditional Thanksgiving getaway! Lots of activities around to keep everyone entertained and very quiet, peaceful setting to just enjoy hanging out at the home.

Overall we were very thrilled with the cabin from the time we got there until the time we left. The cabin was clean, spacious and had a great mountain feel. We really enjoyed the sunrise off the back deck as well as the hot tub at night. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your cabin. Note: There were not any check out instructions, so we hope that we left everything to your liking.

This is a wonderful home that has everything you need for a great vacation. It is decorated very well and has huge TV's in every room. We loved the privacy and the hot tub!

The grill is located on the rear deck and it rained, so we had to cook in the rain. Had a family of bears walk by as we were in the hot tub, but they did not bother us. The home was very clean and the kitchen is well stocked including cork screws! Viking pots and pans...this kitchen is first class! There is a partial view.

We loved this cabin. It was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. Lots of closets to acomódate all the luggage. The beds were comfortable. The jacuzzi was amazing. The view was awesome. Lots of things to do nearby.

The house was in a good location to drive to sugar mountain. The cleanliness of the house was not that great upon arrival. We had to wipe the kitchen counters because it seemed they hadn't been wiped from the previous people. There was random garbage under beds and in the closets in all of the rooms, mostly small wrappers and contact lens items. The driveway was extremely steep but they did shovel it for our arrival. Our second day there, it snowed so much that the people with us who drove cars could not go up or down the driveway. We called to ask if someone was going to shovel it and they said no. We did let them know of garbage disposal not working and the master tv had a huge crack in it and someone came the next day to try to fix these. This house was open and spacious, very clean and a great location. If I just had to critique, the beds are very firm and the two spare bedrooms are very cold at night . I like the cold so it really isn't a complaint. Master bedroom get very warm where the others stayed extremely cool. This is in December. I'd rent again definitely tho.
