House was very cozy, clean and exactly as advertised. Only down fall was not knowing ahead of time that the upstairs shower was not working. Not a big deal just would have liked to know ahead of time. Will stay again for sure.

The place and location was perfect for a relaxing stay. The lake view was great.

What an amazing little home with incredible views. I would recommend this property for any event. The home was so clean. The only area they may improve is to have a few more blankets available and kitchen items such as ziplock bags, foil, counter cleaner, etc. Otherwise, we would certainly go back, it was a great weekend!

Easy parking for two cars, able to stay warm in February, very spacious.

Located directly on Devils Lake, this house is so charming and perfect for a relaxing get away. Very quiet area, well stocked house, and plenty of things to do around town. Really enjoyed our stay here, we will be back!

A wonderful, peaceful stay. Loved the quiet. The house was spotless!

My wife and I stayed here to just relax, and it was nothing but comfort and peace. We enjoyed the views of the lake while reading on the deck or in the living room. The bedding and furnishings were all very comfortable and clean. Overall it was a great experience!

We were very pleased with our stay. Beautiful view of the lake. Close to everything. We would stay there again.

House is nice/ outside need improvement

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about our stay. I spent a lot of time out on the deck enjoying the gorgeous view of the lake, the geese, the mountains, the serenity. The rental was stocked with everything we could possibly need. Check in was perfect and quick. Beds were comfortable and the entire place was clean. We hope to stay there on our next trip!

We didn't get to enjoy the outside areas because of a week of rain but the inside was nice. I can see how this would be a great place for 2 couples or a small family. Wish we could have hung out on the great deck. The inside was super clean and updated.

Amazing views, such a calming and magical place to have been blessed with the opportunity to use for my mother's seventieth 🎉🎂 The geese 🦆 and ducks I could just sit on the deck or down on the dock and watch for hours ❤️ Thank you, and best wishes

We loved our experience. The property was as described and the views from the front room and bedroom were fantastic! Good location for getting into Lincoln City . Just great "soaking" time with nature! Only issue was getting into the property, there was a glitch in the key lock process which I think has been taken care of? Small inconvenience of understanding how the gas fireplace worked. But. . . a maintenance person came by to remedy any confusion that there was. It was not seamless but after we were in and enjoying the views, who remembered!

Loved this spot on the lake and the fact that we could have our dogs with us. Fun was had by all!

This is our 2nd visit this year for this lake house. It has a cozy, homey vibe that we enjoy a lot. Too bad the living room toward to lake is broken and can’t be fixed this time so we can’t see the beautiful lake when we were sitting inside the house. Hopefully it will fixed soon.

We were originally looking for an ocean view property for our anniversary trip and decided a lake house would be a different experience. Great location on the water, close to town and close to the beach! House was clean on arrival and easy to find. Regatta Park is close, but the house and yard are private and feel secluded. We don't have children, so bringing our dog was a must! The house and property were well suited and comfortable for all of us. The house is older, but has modern updates and huge sliding patio doors opening out to a big wood deck overlooking the lake. Down the steps and path there is a private dock. We would definitely stay there again!

The location can't be beat, but the showers were clogged, the house did not have enough cleaning supplies, and the grill was broken.

Beautiful views in quiet neighborhood! Enjoyed our stay very much. Comfy beds and decently stocked kitchen. If booking for 6 be aware futon bed would be a Very tight squeeze for two adults.

Was beautiful, a little deceptive though. Could not swim off the doc. I loved the view.

House is great and great view!

This super clean, comfortable, well-equipped home boasts Kenmore Elite appliances, Calphalon cookware, a Keurig coffeemaker, dinnerware, silverware and glassware that are matching, hotel quality bedding and towels, AND is right on Devil’s Lake so you can come and go with your kayak or paddle board. There is nice artwork and comfortable furniture in like new condition. The closets and cabinets are empty and CLEAN for the renter. No locked mystery closets or clutter. The laundry room is clean, with plenty of extra towels. There is a small side yard off the laundry room that was a perfect space to bring the dog on leash for her needs. The living room TV is the only one we used, and it had numerous streaming apps on it. Lincoln City has numerous beaches, artisan shops, and restaurants to explore. We hadn’t experienced other VRBOs with the clause that Meredith Properties has, which is that there is an initial setup of paper goods provided, after which the renter must procure more. For the rental cost, we thought that was kinda tight, but it got worked out. Other owners have had extra in storage and we just had to ask.

We would stay here again.

A perfect place to launch your kayaks or canoe. Beautiful view of the lake from upstairs and downstairs. Very comfortable home with comfy beds, full kitchen, nice deck and fire pit. It was so quiet you could hear the geese from far away.

Nicely furnished home with lake access and view. Nice for a smaller group and kitchen was well equipped. Clean with exception of floor rugs which with dogs allowed I imagine that is a challenge. Definitely would stay again.

I came over to stay while there was potential Covid exposure at my home. The house was perfectly appointed, warm, clean and just what was needed. The Managing partners were attentive and the house reflects care. We'll be back soon.!

We had a very relaxing few days. The view of the lake from the kitchen and living room was so worth it. The house had the most comfortable bed ever. Can not wait to go back when the weather is nicer so can make use of the deck and dock.

Nice location next to park and lake. The only negative were the beds, and furniture. Both were very hard and uncomfortable.

Beds were very comfortable. TV worked very well and living room was great . Kitchen could have been better equipped e.g no spatula and no slices not even basic like pepper and salt

We enjoyed our overall experience. We loved the location, on the lake but close to town. An observation our group had was all the rugs seemed to be needing cleaned and kinda had a smell. Considering this property allows dogs (thank you very much!), either other options should be explored or they should be removed completely. The inside could have been cleaner (dust on the blinds and under furniture) but, even with these slight issues, we would stay again.

The house was simple but extremely functional and charming. The location was incredible - right on the lake.
