This is a great property. Kitchen is well-stocked, lots of gathering spaces, bedrooms are comfortable, beautiful ocean views. Great covered decks. It was clean and ready for us on time. One of the best stretches of beach we've ever enjoyed - it is wide and drops off gradually which is great for the kids - safer if they go in the water and there were frequently tidal pools for the very little ones to play in. Highly recommend.

We had friends and family that stayed with us and no one ever felt crowded or uncomfortable. It is isolated just enough to give you that sense of privacy and the feel of having your own private beach while being close to all your essential needs and tourist hot spots. House I booked was not available at the last minute due to construction. Vacasa reached out and got us another acceptable house. Dryers took too long to dry, shuffleboard top was too damaged to play. All else was great!

Our family gathered for a pre-Christmas stay in Corolla and Paradise Found was a great choice for us. We arrived to find some lovely holiday decorative touches throughout. There was a full-size tree with ornaments by the fireplace, some bright red trees and berry sprays at the dining table, and a little starfish and shell tree on the gathering counter. The spaces were clean, the bedding was freshly washed, including lovely light-weight dark blue velvety coverlets and plenty of pillows. We didn't partake in the jacuzzi experience, so cannot speak to that. We did enjoy several rounds of pool (table) and movies in the second floor entertainment room, which was cozy and fun. The access to the beach could have had a bit better experience to some of our older patrons...we chose PF for the accessibility of an elevator, but for those with walking issues, they could not easily get to the seating at the dunes with the unleveled sand and no hand rail in one section. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay. There did look to be some "wear and tear" on the back side of the building..rusty at nails, broken-off siding plaster, decks that needed some love- this might bother one more if spending time outside in summer but not a huge deal in winter. This was a very family friendly option with incredible views.

Very disappointed with this rental home. We arrived to find the facility filthy. The house smelled of mildew. Black mold and dust could been seen around air vents; insects, cobwebs and rust so heavily littered the porches that sitting outside to enjoy sunrise or sunset was impossible. Surfaces were dirty, some bed linens were soiled and items in the kitchen were disheveled. I immediately contacted Vacasa customer support but went largely ignored. So very disappointed!!!

Our group of 20 had plenty of room, house is very spacious. But the outside was dirty, the decking to the beach was unstable and the inside of the house needed some attention. The pool is small.

Only negatives are the pool is a bit small (but loved that it was salt water), the dune walkway needs to be maintained better and the gas grille was literally a fire hazard and needs to be replaced.

Beautiful house and view. In fact, best ocean view of any house that we have ever stayed in. Great house for families and groups.

This was our first trip to Obx. This house did not disappoint!! Very roomy for 20 people. Spectacular views and right on the beach. I would not hesitate to stay there again

went there recently for a Easter break with friends and family a group of 14 people had a great time.This house is at a great location its right on the beach and had great views we enjoyed the views a lot as the weather was cold. we were sitting in the leaving room and still got the experience of sunrise and sitting on the beach. But the house it self is very old and has lot of clutterwould advise the owners and management to declutter a little bit and uplift. We noticed that the house was not cleaned properly, the beach chairs , bikes are very old and not able to use them, also noticed the patio furniture was not cleaned before our arrival and we did not had extra trash bags or paper towels in kitchen or hand soaps or dishwasher soap, even the hot tub was not cleaned well.We paid extra for pool heating but the pool was not getting heated as the weather was cold that weekend so we reached out to the management and they were extremely friendly and they refunded our money for the pool heating,Thank you to the management and ownersbut would advise them to take more measures to clean and declutter the whole house and have the enough essential supplies available for the group.

Super easy check in with code sent to you so you can go directly to home. Home needs some updating and minor repairs. Struggled to reach Vacasa management to be sure pool was heated and ready for arrival. Pool and hot tub struggled to stay heated while there. Lots of steps so elevator will be helpful for those that struggle with stairs. Beach was dog friendly, but beware of dog droppings as some get left behind or “buried.” Corolla is very pretty but not super close to larger stores (like a Wal Mart) and had limited restaurant options compared to other areas of OBX. Overall it was good.

Despite a long weekend of cold, rainy weather we had a terrific time at this spacious beach front home. The fireplace and big windows, the downstairs pool table and bedroom with bunkbeds -- all made for an enjoyable trip.

Slipped away with family & friends for a perfect weekend getaway ! House was clean well stocked with kitchen equipment for those of us that love to cook ! View is amazing ! Kids had there space could not have asked for a better house
