This home was impressive with the cleanliness, organization, coordinating decor, and space. The beds were comfortable, plenty of blankets, towels, and starter supplies. We were able to enjoy the large hot tub on the cool days and the pool on the hotter days. Loved the little bar and fridge by the pool, that was a surprise amenity! We had a great vacation and enjoyed our home away from home.

The location and property itself were absolutely fantastic. It had everything we needed and then some and what it didn't have we were able to pick up at the grocery store less than a minute away. It was very clean and spacious we absolutely loved it!

Loved the area, this is our 5th time at the house. Pet friendly is a plus for us. The house was very clean. I even managed to work during our stay,WiFi great.

The house had plenty of room for our family. The layout was great, bedrooms were very private with a large gathering area near the kitchen including outdoor space.

Plenty of room for 10 people. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool and the hot top were cleaned twice while we were staying at the house (6 nights). The house could use some deep cleaning. There were spider webs in many rooms. One thing to consider is the distance to the beach. It is a hike to get to the beach so be aware especially if you have kids. Also, there were no instructions in the house for things like trash pick-up days (Wednesdays & Saturdays). Overall we all enjoyed our stay :)

Overall we LOVED the actual house, the location, the neighborhood. It was a great house to have young kids as we could all hang out on the top floor while the kids took naps/went to bed. My biggest critique was the complete lack of amenities. I grew up going to the Jersey Shore and it is common practice for basic amenities like toilet paper/paper towels/hand soap/trash bags to be provided. We arrived at 8 pm and had exactly 3 toilet paper rolls total for a house with 5 bathrooms. I called the property manager and they confirmed that is all we get. No soap, nothing. Definitely frustrating to not be able to do something as simple as wash my hands on arrival to a home I paid nearly $4000 for. Aside from that, I do feel that there were so many great things that WERE provided, such as board games and beach accessories. It is hard to know if this is the owner's decision to deprive guests of amenities or the property manager deciding for them. My only other mention is that the beach is not very walkable as you cannot really cut through the housing community. We anticipated being able to walk there so that was a little disappointing. That said, it is doable, just a detour to get there and would take much more time than driving.

Great location! Close to the beautiful beach, close to stores/food. Really nice having the pool to swim in later in the day, a little small but still enjoyable. Only complaints...it could of been cleaner, the fridge wouldn't stay cold and could use some updating. Overall great trip, the location and beach made up for the other stuff.

We were very pleased with our stay here. The house had everything we needed, plenty of towels, cookware, & hot water. The Outer Banks is a beautiful place to visit. We loved it!

Very spacious and location was perfect

Threshold between kitchen and dining room needs adjustment; hallway air filter (2nd floor) needs replacement or cleaned; living room TV, screen appears to be going out.

The trash cans were full of garbage. One of the toilets had not been flushed when we arrived. The place had not been adequately cleaned before we got there. The pool was filthy. So gross. All of that said, I believe this is an issue with housekeeping and property managers, not the homeowners. The homeowners did a great job making the place pet-friendly and there were plenty of games, books, towels, pillows, etc. Just horribly managed and unsanitary. I would be so upset if I were the owner -- I hope you will read this and follow up with the property management/housekeeping.

Had everything we need and enjoy our time. Wouldn’t bring more than 9 adults.

The location is perfect! Loved the area very comfortable to spend time with the family.

We stayed here with our friends and their families and it was wonderful! Although the home wasn't perfect, there was some broken furniture etc, the layout of the house was perfect for us and the pool and hot tub were great! The location was also wonderful! We would definitely stay here again.

The house was great, exactly what we needed. Having bedrooms on multiple levels worked out perfectly so the babies could be in their room sleeping while the adults stayed up later on the main floor. The baby gate at the top of the stairs was very helpful! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals and everything was very tidy. The pool was very clean and warm, and enjoyed by both kids and adults. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time in OBX. Free parking at the beach entrances was nice but would have loved to have walked over which you can do but it would be a bit of a hike with all your beach needs. A car was needed to get to shops etc. but the drive wasn’t too far. The pool and hot tub were pluses with 4 of our 7 days ( minus 2 driving days so total of 1 1/2 nice days) of rain. We swam and used the hot tub despite the rain. Played lots of games and put together the beautiful turtle puzzle ( warning a piece is missing but fun anyway). Nice house overall with perfect size, rooms and bathrooms for our family. Thank you to our hosts.

Our stay was very good . But someone came to clean the ac filters . Their was no communication that some was going to be entering the house . The man just went into the house did not even represent him self . It was very disrespectful.

Left gloomy Cleveland Ohio for fun in the sun at the OBX. Threw a trip together kind of last minute and the whole process was seamless. From VRBO to Vacassa payments were made and good communication was had the entire trip if needed. The house everything we expected and more, no issues and property was well taken care of inside and out. This easily accommodated 4 adults 5 children 13-3yo and a dog.

The location of the home was very nice - a short walk to a pier that was teaming with turtles, a snake and an otter. It was less than a mile to the public beach. The home was nicely kept. Only mild "complaints" were: the home was pretty clean, but not totally set up nicely - pool chairs was scattered, dishwasher was left full, and there were some cobb webs. Also, the checkout was not totally clear - we weren't sure whether we should stack all linens, leave them lay, etc. Not a big deal, but we wanted to make sure we left the home with the next folks in mind. Overall, a nice stay and worth the price of admission. Glad to be able to take our dog, as well. (He loved it most of all!)

Loved the kitchen amenities! It had everything I needed and more. Being able to bring my dogs made this so much more relaxing for my family because they were with us and not in some kennel hundreds of miles away. Having USB charging ports in each room was SUCH a convenience.

Lovely place in a cute area with many nearby paths. Dogs loved being able to join us!

Great quiet location. It was our first time in Corolla NC and it won’t be our last. Our dogs loved the beach and to run around the pool. The hot tub was a nice way to end the night. We look forward to booking this same house next year.

House was very comfortable and conveniently located. Pool was wonderful.

Bathrooms need updating. Rugs need good cleaning or replace. Midge bugs (look like mosquitos) redsidue all over the exterior door screens and door frames. Looked like mold. Should have been cleaned before we arrived. Inspected by maintenance and he said house should be power washed. Best for eight not 10 or 12 people. Four great bedrooms. Fifth ground level with a day bed. Selected this house because it is pet friendly. On reservation entered pets. Paid full rental cost and after paying was told there was a $20.00 pet fee per night for each dog plus fees and taxes. While we were there I checked the listing again and their pet policy said pet costs included in rental cost. I called the rental office and after a short wait was told I did not note pets on the reservation. I sure did. Why would I rent a pets welcome place if I didn't have a pet. In spite of it all we had a wonderful time there.

Everything was good except problem with AC. It wasn’t the air problem but the management company lying to me. They said we would have someone call within an hour. This happened twice and then then next morning the repair company called me and insinuated I was to pay for repair. This was unacceptable.

We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and access to the community tennis courts. the house was clean and ready at checkin. The pool is quite small..it looked a little larger in the photos.

Responsive rental Company, nice community, pool a tad small but that kept it a nice temperature! Bar and fridge by pool we’re a nice convenience and l the bedrooms. Nice house to vacation at- clean and no issues!

This was our first trip to the Outer Banks, and we had a great time! We had 11 people (6 adults, 5 kids) and one dog, and the house had plenty of space for our group. It was just as pictured, was very clean and had everything that we needed. The pool area was a big hit, and even nicer than the photos. We weren't able to find a house manual, as we've often seen in other VRBO properties. This would be a helpful addition, to provide special house instructions (e.g., garbage pickup days, how-tos on the various remotes, etc.) and recommendations for local restaurants/activities.

This was our family's first time in the Outer Banks and we couldn't have been happier to stay in this beautiful home. It is so spacious, clean, and has everything you could want!! I could just go on and on about how wonderful this house is!! We will definitely be back!!
