We love the convenient location.

Water wasn’t very hot for showering. This may be all of St. Martin.

We loved the new renovations that were done after the hurricane. Virginia who greeted us with a warm welcome was there to help us with any needs or concerns that we had. The grounds are beautifully taken care of! With the vines that have beautiful blooms in the day and lights on at night. We also enjoyed the refreshing pool that has blue lights on at night. We love the location right next to the beach! Kko restaurant was right there for breakfast and lunch. Beach chairs with umbrellas on the beautiful Orient Bay!

The pics online is exactly what you get! Great service, friendly staff, close walk to beach. There is a small village within a 5 minute walk. Highly recommend.

Everything it was perfect location right on the beach. The rooms were of high quality, very clean and the staff were excellent. would recommend to everyone.

Our only complaint is the bed could be a little more soft.

The continental breakfast breads & croissants were delicious & freshly baked, the optional extras for eggs etc… offered a good selection. Fresh fruit salad was nice though a little small.

I would have liked more fruit options fresh fruit juice maybe too non dairy alternative milks and yoghurts.

Rooms were new, clean and comfortable. Location and staff were fantastic.

The beach was beautiful. We enjoyed the complimentary beach lounge chairs. However, we were told we had to move back a row or pay $20 each for a front row chair. The complimentary breakfast was okay - rolls, fruit, coffee. Our room was on the first floor so no climbing of stairs. The room was spacious and clean. Nice bathroom. Grounds were lovely. Pool was nice. Drinks from the bar were excellent. Walking distance to several restaurants.

The pool was pretty small. The breakfast could have had a couple more options. The front row beach chairs should be included at no charge.

The property was beautiful and immaculate. We were greeted by friendly staff, wonderful conversation, and even a surprise bottle of “punch” for our anniversary!

That we only had 5 nights there!
