I loved that the house was out in the country, no real close neighbors. Could go out on the porch to drink coffee in pajamas in the mornings. Really felt like home away from home! Loved the neighbor dog, Chloe!! The house was so roomy with 2 adults and 5 kids, there was plenty of room for everyone. Really great place to stay!

Kevin was super awesome to work with. We had some details that would have not been ideal for him but he worked with us and gave us everything we needed. The house was in phenomenal shape and was super clean. Our group loved the outdoor fire pit as well as the free space to roam around. Also, the house having a tankless hot water heater was incredible. We never ran out of hot water even when we had everyone taking showers so close to each other. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

My family and I needed a short trip after the stress of a quarantined summer. I had visited Davis as a child but my family had never been. This home is beautifully appointed and easy to access. All of the rooms were comfortable and beautiful. We felt very welcomed and had an easy time which was just what we needed. We could tell how much forethought went into the rooms. All angles were designed to make guests feel at home. Absolutely lovely, would stay again.

stayed 2 nights and visited the falls and Arbuckle Park booms and kithen beds and kitchen were great. Had firewood for the pit ready to go. Loved the fire pit, great family together location.

We couldn’t express how much we loved this beautiful home. Everything you need and more. You name it, it’s there and ready for you. Fire pit it super cool and the land and trees surrounding you, amazing! We used the outside grill twice. The second time we actually ran out of propane and within 10 minutes, they came out and exchanged out for a new one! Absolute comfort and serene. We will be definitely coming out and staying again!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Gabby Hill. Everything we needed was provided. The home was so clean when we arrived. The area around the home is so beautiful. The rooms are very large and the beds are very comfortable. Will definitely be staying again.

Had my employees stay at this VRBO while they were working on the I40 road construction. Having to be in constant communication with the owners regarding changing dates due to ODOT work schedule changes was not an issues. They were super flexible and very understanding. This stay was not only great for my guys, but it was a perfect place for location to our jobsite. The house was clean and well stocked for our stay and very warm & welcoming. If you're going to stay in the Arbuckles and want a cozy place away from the hustle and bustle, this is your place. The owner is the best!!!

This property is very well maintained and has all needed items for a great weekend. It's just 5 miles from Crossbar Ranch which made it very convenient. All furniture is very comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. The outside grill worked well too. During our stay it rained the first night, so we did not use the outside phenomenal looking fire pit... maybe next time. Our only complain was around checking in. The owner sent an email (probably encrypted) that went unnoticed. Thinking I may have received the email days ago and overlooked, I decided to search for it. I only found the email while purposely doing a search on it (I searched emails with "Davis" in them). The email then would show up, but without the search window, it would not be visible... really weird to be honest. The problem was that, since VRBO had no messages and the email was hidden, we freaked out a bit when the check-in time approached. Other than that instance, our stay was fantastic and we had a great time. Thank you for letting us use your house, Agustin

Relaxing stay with good view of grounds to watch family at play.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. My husband, my brother and sister in law and myself stayed two night! It was perfect for two adult couples. Loved the fact that it had two king size beds! And the outdoor fire pit area was beautiful. Everything was super clean. The only complaint I would have is the tv situation. If you didn’t have subscriptions to Hulu, Netflix or something like that you wouldn't be able to use the tv. Other than that, everything was great. Would definitely stay again!

The three bedrooms and living room provided all of the space we needed as we spent time in Davis and Sulphur. The highlight of this property is the fire pit.

This was a great place for myself and four friends to hang out. It was a beautiful and peaceful setting. Not only is there a great pergola area and firepit, but a nice backporch. There was plenty of room for five women and it had everything we needed. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

We tried getting in touch with the property owner with messages through VRBO and phone Number they provided which was not working . We came from Houston Texas had to stay in a hotel that they provided because no communication was done With the property owner and we had to do the same for the following night that we had to provide. Which was very inconvenient because he ended up staying in Dallas, Tx It was supposed to be a weekend family relaxing and celebrate my husband’s birthday. But instead of staying in one place for movie night tonight not the experience we wanted for my husband on his birthday. It was very unprofessionally of the owner not to communicate and provide the correct info to contact him if anything happened which it did.

We were in Oklahoma for a funeral. I didn’t want to stay in a hotel, and I wanted to do a few things in the area afterwards. This place was wonderful. It was peaceful and out of the way, and just what I needed. There was plenty of room. The endless hot water was great! I loved the yard and the trees.

The house needs updating, but was comfortable. The mosquitoes are intolerable! Bring lots of bug repellent. The view is nice. The furniture and beds were comfy.

Staying here was like staying at a friend's house. Very comfortable. Very clean. Well equipped. Everything worked properly. Great location. We loved staying here. We are definitely planning on returning. 5 adults and 1 teen in our group NOT 1 COMPLAINT!
