There were spider nests on the living room ceiling and nests all over the veranda. I contacted the property manager several times and no maintenance people ever came to fix the problem. It was so disgusting we could hardly sleep. Will never rent from Vacasa again.

Good location with access to Wapato Point amenities. Close to grocery store. The unit was spacious and relatively well kept. There were a few broken items in the home. The electronic door lock did not work upon arrival. The patio sliding door and screen door were very hard to open and requires some grease. The WiFi and TVs worked well as long as you are comfortable with using a FireTV interface. There were lots of cobwebs in windowsills, on the deck, and underneath furniture. It could benefit from a deep clean. Overall, the unit was well appointed and worked well for our family.

Excellent condo for the family, this place has everything you need. The only thing I'd recommend to add is a TV in the master and blackout curtains.

The condo was spacious and the perfect size for our family to be together and have space. Most of what we needed was there, only missing small thing that you would look for at a home kitchen but not bad. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Perfect location

Awesome location! Wapato is a well run resort and this listing is a pretty close walk to the beach/dock. The rooms are great for a family getaway. The covered deck is pretty large and nicely shaded; we spent a lot of time out there. The kitchen is better appointed than many rentals, good plastic dishware for kids and some decent plates/pots/pans. There's even a wine cooler! Some things to know: 1. It's next to an apple orchard, so fruit flies are a struggle. I wish that there were more mitigation tools in the house. 2. The TVs are all Amazon fire TVs...which is fine... you'll need to be comfortable signing into your accounts to watch shows. I'd recommend just bringing a Chromecast if you have one, because you can't cast to a TV. 3. There aren't any cleaning supplies apart from dish soap, so it's hard to keep surfaces tidy unless you bring your own stuff.

Everything was clean. There were plenty of supplies like detergent, towels to use, etc.
