The house was so beautiful and well equipped. We used the pool daily and hung out in the outside seating area all day. We loved the swing chairs at the front of the house to relax on at the end of the day watching the sun set.The garage equipment with kayaks, bikes and beach things were very well received and we had so much fun exploring Marco Island. The bedrooms have enormous wardrobes with plenty of space, the kitchen has everything you need to cook, bake and bbq.Marco Island Vacation Rentals were on hand for all our needs and any issues we discovered were quickly remedied.The house needs a little updating, some things have already been done whilst others look a little tired but overall it is a fabulous house.

This was one of my most relaxing vacations in years. There was literally no reason to leave the home. Aside from the goegeous decor, there was plenty to do, from the pool, kayaks, game room, air hockey, bikes, outside grill. We were absolutely impressed with this home. My friend did not disappoint with her recomemendation. We will be back.

This is our second time around visiting this property and just as before our experience was phenomenal. The property has everything you might need, everything is always extremely clean, the house is beautiful and customer service is five star. The layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms worked perfectly for our family! We enjoyed the pool and deck space every day! Also enjoyed using the kayaks. Loved being able to use the beach wagon and bikes too.

Just a couple of safety concerns. No rail to get in the pool and the shower in the primary bathroom was quite slippery and so was the tile around the pool when it was wet! Our overall experience was much more than I expected. The house was amazing with all the amenities. The only thing that didn’t work was the ice maker on the refrigerator. I did call to report snd they were supposed to send someone to check it. The beach was gorgeous. I hoped there would have been more parking available and we didn’t have to spend 10 dollars a day for parking. Overall we all had a super time and I round have to say it was one of my most favorite vacations ever. Thanks for a wonderful experience. Marco reality is great to work with.

Both the bethrooms and bathrooms are incredibly spacious. The kitchen is stocked with anything you might need! They have a game room, toys for the kids, and the pool area is just wonderful. Absolutely the best vacation home we've stayed at. One of the few modern homes on Marco Island this property was equipped with every amenity you can think of. The kids were constantly entertained, from Bikes to Air Hockey, Board Games, Dominoes, Kayaks and not to mention the pool. With a large flat screen in every room including the back patio everyone was able to watch what they wanted or connect their game devices with no fights. The outdoor BBQ came equipped with a sink so there was no need to go in and out to cook. The house was very nicely put together and Andrew our host from Marco Vacation Properties has been incredible to work with. We have already booked our vacation for next year at this home. Absolutely Loved it!!

AMAZING! Beautiful modern house with literally everything a family needs to enjoy a beach vacay. The kids had so much fun in the game room and we all had a blast riding the family bike. The pool was great with plenty of seating for everyone. The grill space was perfect and very convenient! The rooms where breathtaking, with hotel quality furniture. This house is just beautiful. We all loved it. We can’t wait to go back next summer!

What we did not expect was to have more ameneties. There is a custom built outdoor kitchen with a TV which was not here before and it was great to grill and watch the NBA Playoffs. There is now a full boat deck with a floating deck to allow you to use the Kayaks! YES KAYAKS!!! The garage now has a full size air hockey table along with two fans in case you are here during peak heat. They really did think of everything. There was a sign that said they are remodeling the kitchen which blew us away because the kitchen is absolutely gorgeous. We are already looking at dates for next year and see they are filling up quickly. Not only will we be back to Marco Island, but we are coming back to this home!

Beautiful home with an amazing swimming pool and jacuzzi. Awesome space with a variety of entertainment. Very clean and modern. Great location with lots restaurants, shops and water view. Overall a great family vacation spot. Host was very attentive and friendly. We’ll be back soon!

Great house for a family of 11 to vacation together. The pool and hot tub was the focal point

Our family had a great experience at 445 River Ct. The house is in a great location on Marco where you could walk to both Tiger Tail and South Beach if you wanted to. The house was well appointed and clean with a great pool/hot tub, air hockey, foosball, bikes, sand toys, etc. the house is modern and a great place to stay. The property manager was very responsive to any and all questions/requests. We definitely would stay here again.

All positive except it took the hot tub forever to warm up, the drawers in the kitchen would not stay shut. House is very well kept. Kayaks for personal use, chairs and beach toys! The walk to the beach was LONG! And driving there was a pain because there is no parking. Access to restaurants and grocery stores is 5 star!! Overall a great vacation and we would rent this house again!!

Not only is this home very spacious, but is one of the few modern homes on Marco that accommodates a large group. The home had every amenity you can think of. From bikes, to kayaks, game room, air hockey, flat screens in every room, surrey bike that sits four people, and lets not forget the heated pool. The home even came with a custom built outdoor kitchen that also has a TV so I never missed a moment of the NBA Championship game. They were building a dock while I was there which means more amenities on the way. We have already booked our trip for next year as this was an incredible experience. Andrew from Marco Island Vacation properties was also great to work with. We were there for 4th of July weekend and he still made himself available for anything we needed.
