We have stayed here twice and we love this little place. We did have and issue and we called the property manager and never received a call back. However we were able to fix the problem. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a perfect getaway for 4 sisters and one sister in law. The cabin was amazing and the beds were extremely comfortable. The restaurant at the entrance was great and so convenient. The weather kept us inside but that was just fine, we played a lot of games and laughed so much. A wonderful place!!!

We really enjoyed our get away at Little Bear! The location was great being on the south end of Hochatown and a short walk to Buffalo Grill. Looking forward to our next visit!!!

We were very pleasantly surprised to find that the cabin met and even exceeded our expectations. The layout of the cabin was perfect and it was sufficiently stocked with kitchen items, towels and sundries. The back deck was especially appreciated, and where we spent most of our time. We hope to return next year!

Received the check in information last minute. With the departure requirements. (Windows unlocked on lower level, book in cabin contradicted departure list, no cable but streaming is available with the WiFi) Departure requirements: Prior to your departure, please tidy up the cabin by doing the following: - Remove all perishable items - Take out the trash - Wash and put away all used dishes - Strip linens from all used beds - Start a load of sheets using detergent and fabric softeners - Place all used towels in a pile - Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste - Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances - Close and lock all windows and doors - Additional fees will be imposed if the cabin is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

The pictures on the website did not do this cabin justice. It was perfect for our group of 8, everything we wanted and then some. Definitely will book Little Bear's Pond again.

Enjoyed a weekend getaway with the family. Cabin was clean, rooms were spacious and the location of the house was just right.

Perfect spot for easy access to lake and River. Great food places nearby. Property easily accommodated our family including 4 kids. 10 miles to grocery store so come prepared.

We’ve been coming to Beavers Bend ever year for more than two decades. Little Bear Pond cabin has one of the best bedroom arrangements for a multi family or friends get together. The hot tub features were above what we usually get at a rental. I would highly recommend this cabin.

Nice place. Great if traveling with family and pets. Clean,well stocked, not secluded (bar at end of rode-played live music)but not busy. AC struggled a bit to keep up with the demand..but didn’t fail. Needed a couple more days to get a better feel for the area..saw a beautiful deer on the property and the hot tub was very nice and clean. Lots of parking.

It was great, only problem was the distance to the grocery store, it was roughly 6 miles to the small Walmart and about 13 miles to the super center, other than that, we didn’t have any problems. :)

Wonderfully relaxing vacation! Covered deck was amazing, and the view of Little Bear Pond was beautiful! Beds were splendid, and the hot tub and outdoor fireplace were true bonuses! Easy access to all Beaver’s Bend/Broken Bow has to offer.

The property was nice and clean. Check in and out were easy and we had no complications that required us to contact the owner. The cabin was a great fit for our family of 4-with 2 teenagers and my husband's father and mother. It was closer to the other cabins than I had expected but we had no issues with our neighbors. They were friendly and quiet. Overall, it was a great trip and we truly enjoyed the property!

Property was beautiful. Well stocked with kitchen cooking ware and utensils. Plus grilling supplies and campfire marshmallows roasting supplies! Oh! And when you first arrive it smells amazing!!!

Cabin is great! We stayed with another family and had plenty of room. Jacuzzi was sparkly and clean! Inside had everything you would need to make it like home.

Such a clean and well stocked home. We enjoyed the hot tub!

Although it unfortunately rained most of our trip we enjoyed the coziness off the cabin. The hot tub was perfect for the cold nights and mornings.

We so enjoyed this cabin! We will be back. The outside fireplace did not work but everything else was so great! We loved it!

Nice cabin in good location. It's in between most things you may visit in town. Problem was when we were away someone came and cleaned around cabin and moved things without giving a heads up. Phone call, text, email would been nice. Propety Mgr didn't answer phone or email I sent. Porch light was out,recliner broken and stairs weren't clean going upstairs. Board games were very nice for kids.

We had the best time at this cabin. We stayed for a week and loved every minute. The property was clean and cozy. It was close to anything we wanted to do. The property owners were quick to respond with any questions or concerns. We would definitely recommend and rent this cabin again!
