I booked this place for two weeks, but I didn't check in. Initially, the host told me this place needed refurbishing and we got moved to another place. Then when it was close to the check-in date, they tried to move us to another place without permission twice. Without affecting the itinerary, I also agreed with them on these concessions. Unexpectedly, they finally found an excuse for me to use my nickname to book a room, temporarily canceled my order on the last day of my stay, and also withheld half of my money privately. Therefore, I only got 50% refund not full as they promised. It's unreasonable to do so much inconvenience to my itinerary, there is no clause that they have the right to withhold half of my money in this case. All their actions were intentional and under such vigilant circumstances, we could not book other suitable accommodation and I could only beg him to complete the transaction privately. I hope the Booking.com takes action for my full refund as soon as possible. They should investigate the violation of using this platform to privately trade with customers. This is a problem between Booking.com and the host. I hope the platform can handle my refund as soon as possible, Otherwise, I can only call the police to deal with it, thank you.

Self check-in was easy and efficient and accessible at your leisure. Location is superb just walking distance to central town. Conveniently located steps from the entrance to Bracknell train station. Taxi service is available steps from the apartment front. Surprisingly the sounds of a train station could not be heard in the apartment and was not bothered at all. This flat was not well kept and had several issues. Terrible Wi-Fi connection (crappy modem), busted curtains, lumpy flat pillows, horrible mattress, dirty carpet/floor and so many more. I was shocked to walk into a beautiful flat that was poorly maintained and are just busted down and worn out.

The location is excellent. Near town centre. Next to train station.
