Upscale condo in a fantastic location! Highly recommend!

This condo is super nice and very clean. If planning on cooking, very sparse provided. Not even sugar for coffee maker so bring all supplies. Super close to beach (can walk) and close to hop over to Longboat Key too. Pool was smaller than expected and didn’t seem kept up with which would’ve been nice for our 1.5 year old but overall enjoyed our stay.

This property is one of the best VRBO properties I have ever stayed in. The location is perfect. 3 min walk to beach and walking distance to many great restaurants and bars. Beautiful bay view from balcony. The pool was a great way to cool off after a hot day at the beach. The layout of the condo is perfect. It is updated and very clean. There is an elevator that is great for getting items in and out of the condo. Highly recommend this rental property!

So much fun! A beautiful property, clean and well supplied. An awesome location - just steps from the beach, dining and entertainment. The deck was lovely - great views with comfortable seating. The pool was very clean and the water nice and warm. We really enjoyed ourselves and had a fabulous time. The only negative was the noisy ceiling fan in the room with the queen size bed. It needs to be balanced so it won’t make the banging/knocking sound. Both beds in the unit were very creaky and wobbly. Not a deal breaker but an easy fix. We would stay again! The entire process was seamless from time of reservation to check out.

Property was in a very good location, near Bridge Street; suited our family needs perfectly. We had a few issues with mechanicals- elevator was not working our entire trip, i had to fix the toilet mechanicals in the tank that were displaced when we arrived and a small electrical issue with the breaker along the way. With the price of the unit, it was a little disappointing, but overall it was a positive experience. The beach chairs, cart and umbrella they provided were very appreciated.

Great location to beach, restaurants, shopping. Pool was just ok but all other activities nearby made up for it.

The location was perfect. One block off the beach. The place was very clean, the beds were comfortable, plenty of extra bedding and blankets. Plenty of beach items. The place was better then expsected. Hope I can return there in the future.

Good location and very comfortable

This property was just as described! It was beautiful and in a prime location. There was plenty of space for five adults and we were able to walk to the beach and the restaurants. I would recommend for families as well.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was spacious and well appointed. Beds were super comfy and the location to the beach and restaurants was only a short walk. I would definitely recommend this rental.

The property is amazing and just a short distance to the beach! It is decorated very nicely with new furnishings. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to make a meal. It was stocked with things like coffee filters, extra garbage bags, salt/pepper, etc. The balcony was a very nice place to hang out. The place is located within walking distance of lots of restaurants and the shops on Bridge St. The only suggestion would be that there is not a table to play card games or put a puzzle together. Also the beach wagon and a couple of the beach chairs need to be replaced. My family greatly enjoyed staying here and have all decided that AMI is their favorite beach destination.

Perfect location, met all of our expectations. Everything was within walking distance and driving distance for everything we wanted to do. Would definitely rent here again. FYI, the back wheels on the wagon need to be replaced. We could not use it.

We were so pleased when we arrived to see that the property was just as nice as the pictures showed. Even better, was the location in relation to both the beach and downtown areas. Once we arrived, we didn’t have to drive anywhere! The property is fully stocked with everything to cook meals, snuggle up and watch a movie, dry off after a dip in the ocean, and build Sandcastles on the beach. Would 100% stay here again.

The property had the perfect set up for the hair and make-up artist the day of the wedding and the extra parking was great for guests to easily enjoy the beach. The master bedroom TV was too difficult to figure out, and the water from the refrigerator was warm to hot. We loved the bedding and mattresses were so comphy.

The location of the condo was great. Close to the beach, restaurants, and Bridge Street. The amenities in the house are high quality. Very clean and nice layout! The beach items were a pleasant surprised and we got a lot of use out of them! Our family had a wonderful time!

The property was beautiful. Very clean. Great location. The beds were comfortable. The only thing we were unhappy about was the fact that the pool was being renovated so it wasn’t in use which is a main reason we picked there to stay. But the property manager and owners were not made aware that the pool wasn’t done by the condo association so therefore I hadn’t been told. They worked with me on this and reimbursed some money for the oversight. I would definitely stay there again especially once the pool is done.

This is our second trip to this beautiful house. The location is perfect and the house is too. We will be back.

Great place, well appointed with easy access to everything.

We were pleasantly surprised with the space in the garage and all of the beach equipment provided. There were plenty of towels for the beach. It was a quick walk across the street to the beach or down the street to shops and restaurants, no need to drive after picking up groceries. The shops on Bridge Street were the best option for souvenirs and anything forgotten to enhance the beach. The kids loved the beach so much we spent 4 or more hours there every day. There is a convenient outdoor shower to rinse the sand off before going back upstairs to the living space. We found everything we needed for cooking and enjoyed a few grilled meals and some wine on the balcony. The condo is well decorated and with one quick walk through it was easily toddler proofed. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms roomy and clean, and plenty of dishes. We did not use the elevator due to toddler curiosity. We also never used the pool or had a need to contact the management for anything. I highly recommend this rental.

We truly loved this place. We will definitely reach out to Love Properties if we stay again at Annemarie Island . The location was excellent. It was very cozy. We loved the convenience of being across the street from the beach.
