The townhouse was exactly as described. It was equipped with every thing you could possibly need. Very comfy and clean.

We were very happy with the condominium. It was everything we expected and more the pool is fantastic the beach path was awesome and a short walk to the beach. The place was clean and well-made and well stocked with linens I recommend it.

Spacious, good location, pool and tennis close, private. Friendly owner/neighbors. Landscaping was beautiful. Well stocked with things you may need. Property could stand to be updated.

Pros: Beach access, access to shops, restaurants etc. Restrooms in good condition overall. Has laundry room. Nice pool area and deck. Friendly neighbors. Price is fair. Cons: Property was not very clean. (Beds, linens, couches smelled, and we had to febreze them) Refrigerator was in poor condition. Air conditioner was slow to cool the Property even after several days. (Kept doors and windows closed) Lamps and lighting were very old and not plugged in upon arrival. Hair dryer broken. Deck furniture was in really bad shape. Used the laundry several times, but last time using, it stained all of the whites, including a bunch of the kid's clothing. We travel to HH or Tybee 2-3 times per year, for business and pleasure. Unfortunately I would not stay again unless it was completely remodeled. May be ok for singles. Upstairs a bit dangerous for toddlers as well. Couch is right at the edge of the top floor and if a young one slips away they could fall. Wish I could give a better rating, but I am fair and honest.

We continue to return to this complex because it's so quiet and relaxing here. The property has been shown a lot of love in the last year and it shows. The once neglected grounds are lovely and just a short walk to the beach.

The place was as described. There are 2 sleeper sofas. We brought our own sheet. The kitchen items were sufficient for our needs. The place was clean and comfortable. The basics were provided ie, dish soap and tabs, laundry pods and a couple of rolls of TP in each bathroom. Ron, the neighbor, was super nice and a wealth of information. Once we found the beach bath, the walk was close and easy (go out the door to the left and look for the path through the vegetation). We had no issues and Cathy was quick to respond to my one email.
