We had a wonderful week at the condo at Villa Capriani!!
Villa Capriani is our favorite place to stay on North Topsail, pools, access to beach, etc.
Kitchen was well stocked as far as pans, dinnerware, etc
We enjoyed the wonderful balcony with the great view!
Bed was very comfy, We enjoyed the beach chairs provided too!

Tony is a wonderful host! We had an issue with the door lock and Tony had the issue taken care of within a very short time, even though he was being treated in the hospital! That is someone who truly cares about his guests. Highly recommend, will stay again!

If you've stayed at Villa Capriani before, you know it's a hidden gem. We've stayed several times in various units. This unit had the unique combination of a covered balcony along with an amazing view of the beach stretching down the coast for a long uninterrupted view. Loved it!

Place was alright but biggest issue was guys working upstairs pounding on floor making lights fall off the ceiling. People cut through the sprinkler line and flooded the apartment (water pouring out of the lights on the ceiling.). Owners' son walked in on us just walked in while we were staying here.

The place was super cute and clean. Loved the location on the beach with the amenities and view. It was the perfect size for my daughter and I. There were just a couple minor issues and Larry was on it right away so it did not interfere with our vacation.

The location and accommodations were lovely. The issues we ran into were with the front door lock not opening and the gate lock to the pool/beach access not opening consistently. Tony the property manager/owner was very responsive and quick to resolve any problem. We enjoyed the trip and plan to return!

The condo was great. Perfectly clean . Charming beach decor. Tony and Larry respond immediately to texts. The facility pools and restaurant wonderful. Good seafood. N. Topsail is so much more convenient than Surf City. Five minutes to shopping in Sneads Ferry. The beach is perfect and short walk to the pier (which has great shrimp also).

We had a great stay! The property was clean and well stocked. The pools were also very clean and well-kept. The only slight downfall is the lack of parking near the building. There is plenty more, but it is across the street, which is hard when unloading/loading your car at the beginning and end of your trip.

This unit was EMACULANT! It looked newly renovated. When we 1st opened the door, we were welcomed by a fresh aroma that compliments a beachfront property. It also had all the amenities for the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and even the beach. The ocean view from the balcony was absolutely serene. We also had access to the pools and jacuzzis. If you are searching for a peaceful, intimate, private couples getaway, look no further. This is the place. I will definitely choose this unit in the near future to sequal my previous experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the resort as a whole was really nice. If, and I say if I would add a negative it is that the final price has a lot of extras beyond the 'price per night.' Having said that, we would go again and Larry was wonderful to work with.

If you love Topsail Beach, this resort is a direct access. The balcony was nicely set up and provided views and feels of the Ocean breeze to enjoy for the times your toes aren’t in the sand. The Splash By the Sea restaurant was tasty with outdoor seating. The pools, waterfall features, and evening lighting were all lovely. The only complaints we had was only having one parking pass, and an unfortunate ceiling leak.

Spectacular!
From the moment we booked and got our check-in information throughout the entire stay it was nothing but perfection. Tony and Larry were so amazing to work with and addressed any questions or concerns we had immediately. The pictures are as accurate as it gets but you really have to stay here to appreciate that you from your balcony. We will definitely be returning there sooner than later!

If you are seeking a quiet beach experience along with turn-key, comfortable accommodations, you will find both with this property. Ultra clean unit and exceptionally well equipped. View of the ocean is fantastic and the sound of the surf very audible. Easy to recommend this property.

We had a fantastic family vacation in this condo. It's clean, nicely decorated, and has a beautiful view of the ocean. You can hear the waves from the living room. The beach is not crowded and literally steps from the resort. We went in November so didn't get to take advantage of the pools and resort but all looked beautiful. We ate twice at splash by the sea on the property and it was amazing.
