My daughter, niece and I spent a week at this lovely home. It was very clean and well appointed, extensive kitchen items and appliances, including laundry machines that we needed and the beds and pillows were just like home. The pool was well maintained and the bathrooms were luxurious with a big soaker tub and lots of towels. It was better than advertised and I will definitely use casago for my next trip to Tucson!

Not the quality, cleanliness or stocking of other VRBOs in the area. Pros- Good location and a quiet dishwasher. Small desk for WFH, but it is now in the great room, not the bedroom. Cons- Place is dirty. Linens smell dirty, floors turn your feet black. Kitchen is stocked with chipped glass, rusty pans and a mismatch of garage sale finds. The pool was unusable b/c it was dirty and the filters needed to be cleaned. I spent an hour netting debris. Needs a solar cover. The garage is too small for 2 cars, unless they are a sub- compact. The driveway is too short for 2 full size cars as well. The garage is filled with broken junk. The king bed is a torture device, but the room is too bright to sleep anyway. Place is in need of some TLC and upgrades, including electrical issues/not working lights.

Very relaxing

We had a good time in Tucson, and did a lot of activities. We did expect to spend some time in the pool, but found out after we booked that the price to heat it was $60.00/day. It was also a bit misleading as we did not expect that when we decided not to heat the pool, that the hot tub would not be heated either, so that was a let down. Lastly the house was listed as being a 3 bedroom, but the 3rd bedroom was reall an office with a futon, that would not be suitable for anyone other than a very small child. Having said that, the property was clean, well equipped with the essentials, and was in a great location close to amenities and lots of golf coarses.

We stayed for 10 days in this property with our well trained, mature dog. The photos looked good, but for the nightly rate plus fees totaling $300 per night, we expected much more. The property has great potential but the lack of overall maintenance was disappointing. Pros: Appreciated comfortable main living area and updates that were started in the 2 bathrooms and kitchen. Nice neighborhood in a convenient location. Interior was clean. Appreciated ironing board in closet. Cons: Exterior was overgrown with weeds everywhere, broken chairs and trash around home, front door overgrown with foliage. Pool bottom was dirty and looks like it needs refinishing- made it uninviting. Interior walls had many chipped places and needed patching. Patio chair had broken wheel Lacking basics….extra trash bags, Kleenex that we bought and extra toilet paper that we couldn’t find. Master bath needs a shower door. The shower curtain is an inadequate solution. Attractive planters but unfortunately full of dead plants.

The place was perfect. Large and comfortable. The pool was great. Close to Catalina Mountains and hiking trails. About a 20-30 minute drive to the heart of Tucson but closer access to nature. Everything we needed was there.

This home was a great escape from winter. It was completely as advertised. Well appointed, comfortable, beautiful backyard and pool, and welcoming to people and pets. The management company was very responsive to the few items we requested. The location was great for walking, biking and hiking. We spent 6 comfortable weeks here.

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the beautiful mountainous scenery around the Valley. Everything we needed was close by. The condo was perfect, spaceous, comfortable and inviting. The only item missing was a hair dryer. We were so happy, no one cared about how our hair looked!! Thank you! Deb
