House was clean but a little rough. If you have ocd then this house will drive you crazy. For the cost, you can find a nicer option

Place is very nice and clean. Very spacious. Just needs a grill and tv remote for master bedroom.

This listing said this place was “lavish and luxurious Art Deco in the heart of Plano” - it was everything BUT lavish. The area is not in the heart of Plano, it’s in a very old neighborhood with sketchy surroundings. The house has a very musty smell and very high humidity, everything felt damp to the touch, including all carpets and flooring. Even the bathroom towels were wet upon arrival. We almost left and tried to find a hotel but we are a large group with a late arrival so we decided to suck it up. Well, by night 2 we had killed about a dozen roaches (majority in the kitchen at night), I took a photo of one that was almost 3 inches long with several babies. It was horrendous. Would highly recommend this owner removes this listing until they are able to provide appropriate accommodations. The garage door also doesn’t work so our car was stuck in there for a day as well. No direct number to call, just a service number which wasn’t helpful. Worst ever experience

and pictures are accurate. The house was very clean. I will say, the hot water really works. When you want hot water, you're going a get it! The beds were surprisingly comfortable as well. Great home!

This house was perfect for what we needed; a quiet/ safe place for us and our dogs. We didn't bring our kids, but it would have been a great house for kids. Lots of beds and everything was very comfortable. The yard was amazing for our dogs and tons of easy parking and nice neighborhood! We would stay again in a heartbeat.

This house was perfect for what we needed; a quiet/ safe place for us and our dogs. We didn't bring our kids, but it would have been a great house for kids. Lots of beds and everything was very comfortable. The yard was amazing for our dogs and tons of easy parking and nice neighborhood! We would stay again in a heartbeat.

We rented this home to spend Thanksgiving with family - our first since the pandemic began - and it was so special. The house was perfect for our needs. The younger cousins had their own hang out spot with bunk beds, the adults comfortably spread out, the bathrooms were comfortable, spacious and fully updated and the backyard hosted games of football, tag, and a round of family photos. Thanks to our welcoming hosts who left detailed instructions and checked in on us periodically to ensure everything was satisfactory. Will definitely book again for the next family reunion.

The entire house was clean, packed with everything we could need, including a high chair for the baby, and really did live up to the pictures. The property management was incredibly responsive via Email. I'm talking like within a couple of minutes responsive when I messed up with the Wifi. Lastly, the neighborhood was nice and peaceful even though it's so close to downtown Plano. I will definitely stay again for my next trip and I would recommend it to friends and family as well. This property is managed by a larger property management company so don't be too alarmed by that like I was. Cheers.

Fantastic Thanksgiving Retreat
We rented this home to spend Thanksgiving with family - our first since the pandemic began - and it was so special. The house was perfect for our needs. Just what we needed
We traveled to the Dallas area for baseball and it was so nice to not stay in a hotel. Beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood and easy access to main roads. Would definitely rent again!
