The house was very dirty. First the house smelled like cigarette smoke. it took almost 2 full days to air out. Cigarette butts were on the decks. There was food under couches. The bathrooms had mildew on the shower heads and surrounds. The kitchen sink leaked, the fridge was dirty and the dishwashers didn't clean well. The decks were extremely weathered and nail heads were sticking up. Light bulbs were burnt out and the downstairs TV wouldn't connect to the internet. The last and possibly worst thing was the elevator got stuck in between floors two times. The first time my 63 year old mother was stuck for at least 15 minutes until we could get the door removed. The second time I got stuck which was only for a few minutes. Some of the staff was very attentive, but other were not. It took multiple calls to get the pool heater turned on even though we paid for it to be on in advance. Similarly when the elevator was stuck, I called all the numbers available and they all went to voice mail. The excuse of a gas shortage was used for the dirty condition of the house, which I could understand, but the levels of grime suggests the house has not had a deep cleaning in a while. The May review from Timothy S. stated several of the same issues. I am assuming the food he mentioned under the couch was the same food I am noting.
