The experience was truly wonderful: a very warm, personal welcome and exceptional service at every stage. Great food and facilities as well. Our family felt so welcome and relaxed!

Nothing really, but if I have to find something it would have been great to have two shuttle available for pick-up and drop-off, as the hotel is not centered and waiting time may go up to 30 minutes

The breakfast was tasty and freshly cooked to order. There was a good choice with eggs cooked in a variety of ways. This was ordered the previous evening. The staff were helpful and friendly and engaged with the guests. Evening meals were excellent with enough choices for our five days. A lift to or from the village was easily arranged although the walk through the woods was magical.

Our bedroom was of a decent size but lacked character. There wasn’t a lounge to relax in after a meal.

The team of the hotel are all very kind and helpful! and we had a lovely stay over there! the location is quite special. and it’s perfect for us who like the quietness.

This is a very special place in Saas Fee. You can feel the love and care from every corner and each staff member. Location is a bit decentralised, but in this case it's a plus, because the location is wonderfull, in the middle of the forest, making for a stunning view from either our room and the sauna. They provide free regular lift to the centre by electrical car, which we only used once however, because the trail to the town was just beautifull (look at the pictures) and we always prefered to walk it. A la carte breakfast is a welcome option for us with special diet, since you get to eat exactly what you want. I believe they would be able to figure out something for every allergy or diet. We also had their homemade pasta and rissotto for dinner and it was really delicius. I feel so happy we have chosen to stay here and will definitely come back soon. Thank you!

We stayed two nights and had a very pleasant and relaxing stay. The entire staff was extremey kind and helpful and clearly wants their guests to feel like at home. They succeeded 100%. Food and wines were excellent and refined. Our room was modernly furnished with a balcony and a wonderful view of the Saas Valley. We enjoyed the uncomplicated atmosphere, international flair and professional quality service.

We especially enjoyed the fact that the hotel is located outside Saas Fee (15mn easy horizontal walk in a beautiful forest). However, if that is not your case, then you will have to use the free electric shuttle of the hotel as Saas Fee is car-free.

Breakfast was excellent. However, as we had ski school at 9am and breakfast didn't start until 8am we were very rushed each morning

Amazing location and views, very attentive staff, definitely worth staying again. Modern furnishing, artfully combined with some older pieces you can find in common spaces. Very kind owner.

Breakfast was over the top. It was delivered to our room and was delightful. We were really impressed by the staff and even met the hotel owner. We also had a fantastic dinner upon our arrival the previous night. The staff prepared a 5 course meal with a wine pairing. Highly recommend dining here even if you don't stay. It was a really fantastic stay.

Not a thing. We had such a marvelous time that we are considering having a family reunion here.

Breakfast was made to order. Dinner was excellent, including a visit to the wine cellar and an excellent recommendation for a Swiss merlot. Overall, wonderful Swiss hospitality. A relaxing location with a spectacular view.

Unexpected location, incredible views from the bedrooms, comfy wide king beds, very attentive staff and very good food. I will be returning to and recommending this place.

The wine list is on the very dear side - there should ve a wider range around CHF 90-110

The owner is a very generous man and so is the staff. They immediately greeted us with Champaign. The food at the restaurant was tremendous. The Owner showed us the wine cellar. I have reason to believe he has every bottle of wine in Europe! But the absolute best part was the sauna room. My girlfriend and I had the entire bath house to ourselves. We went right from the sauna and jumped into the snow!

I wish our shower had a full enclosure. With that said, it was still luxurious.
