Entrance to building seemed to lack security. None of the entrance doors were lockable despite being given codes. It seemed like people were in and out a lot

Clean and comfortable and high standard

Would of liked instructions for working the heat/boiler. Also tea/coffee & milk would be nice.

very misleading as only one double bed , had to sleep in a single bed with partner as not allowed to push beds together

+Thje double bed room was very cold, there was a continuos draft from the wisdows and with the central heatig up tyhe twin room was unbearably hot.

The property is shown on line as a two bedroom, with both rooms having double beds, this is not the case. The second room is tiny and has two single beds. I actually thought we had arrived at the wrong apartment. The whole property needs a deep clean and some much needed updating. I assume the pictures were taken quite some time ago. The property has a very strong musty smell. Also both nights we were kept awake by loud neighbors, one night was 4 in the morning.

Great facilities. Really comfy and clean. Great communication. Would definitely stay again.

I was in flat 4 and the person above me was quite noisy with loud music and I could hear them moving around while I was in bed. I couldn’t find the bins so ended up taking the rubbish with me. At first I couldn’t find the way in but a neighbour helped me.

Apartment was clean comfortable and well equipped. Easy to access.even had feather bedding. Have already recommended to extended family for future trips. First class and good value for money

Keys were in a a lock box and easy to access

I requested a ground floor apartment due to the fact we had a disabled person in the party. We also requested access to the outside for smokers in the group. We cancelled one booking and rebooked an apartment we were told was ground floor and had patio doors to the outside via the lounge for said snokers. Unfortunately these doors didn't open. We tried and tried we even called the holders and were told housekeeping would sort it. Again Unfortunately they didn't arrive and they didn't sort ..... we also found the sink in the bathroom didn't drain properly and we weren't given enough toilet paper....

The noise, apartment on ground floor next to main door and people bang the door all hrs of the night.. sadly otherwise perfect!

Fantastic apartment right in the centre. Perfect for where we were visiting. Lovely and quiet street. Place was like a home away from home. Thanks Tom!!!

the environment was very neat and the room set up was lovely. Will come back again when around the neighbourhood. My friends also enjoyed themselves while in the property and all they have to say about our stay were pleasant things. Thank you

Well equipped and comfortable in a quiet convenient location

Bathroom extractor fan very noisy! Hardly and issue!

Everything you need, clean, tidy and comfortably kitted out.

Property is fine inside but hallways were quite dirty with fag ends and litter all over entrance doorway. Fairly loud within other accommodation around so would need to consider if staying here on a family basis.

Very spacious and clean apartment, great facilities and kitchen had everything you need for self catering. Easy parking and access to apartment. Great location for access to town centre if needed.
