I met receptionist Inga, she made us feel very welcome:) Room was really good size and spacious considering we had 3 beds.

I would prefer if bathroom was in our room instead of shared but it wasn't an issue as it was not busy.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Quite good location everything is in the walking distance Room had heater so it was possible to raise the temperature.

Breakfast has not so big choice like in Scandic or Thon, but the price difference for stay a bit compensates that. Room 213 windows cannot be closed 100% due to broken furniture, not sure how it is in other rooms Not enough power outlets, had to look for one under the table to charge phone Old shower

Breakfast was ok, not to many options and the gluten free bread for my wife was horrible.

The side tables/shelves on each side of the bed were not mounted well and fell off under the weight of the cell phone. The price waa a bit high for the condition of the hotel considering it was newly renovated. The sound insulation was lacking as well, could hear everything inside and out.

Good location, breakfast was good.

The bed was impossible, the pillow constantly fell off, because of the lack of a headboard. In the end I took the matras out and put it on the floor against a wall. The showerhead couldn't be aimed manually and it was pointed at the door, wet floor guarantees. And this in a shared bathroom, it needs to be fixed.

pretty much everything: bed is horrible - half a IKEA bed pillows are one per person and super soft no black out curtains of the window so bright the whole night no bathroom amenities like soap and shampoo provided no sound proofing between the rooms no staff at the hotel after 21:30 u til 07:00 how is this possible from a safety point of view? breakfast a joke and all this for NOK 1450.- for one night - it’s even more than we pay for an international hotel in Oslo!!! sorry but this was a total disaster.

Internet. Wifi router is OK. But connection router/modem to the public infrastructure is bad. Internet connection is lost very often. Very limited number of parking places. Unclear how to handle the public parking places (times, costs, need for tickets,.....). Cleaning of the room. One day they completely forgot us: No towels, beds not done, etc. On top of that the toiletpaper availability wasn't checked for a number of days. One night the toiletpaper did run out and it showed then that the spare one was empty as well! Lousy service.
