Great location and communication from host

Liked the additional space over a hotel room, but did miss breakfast.

We had water leak from the upstairs unit during our stay. Hope the damage wasn't permanent. You need to add NBC and ABC to your Roku set up, unable to watch or add because we didn't know the code.

We made our own breakfast since we had to leave early. The apartment had everything we needed except a toaster.

No fault of the owners we visited in a heat wave. Warm on check in. but fans were available and very helpful

Nicely apportioned, clean, bed rooms were great - loved the white noise machines!. Kitchen was great and kudos for both kuerig and traditional coffee makers! Great location and very thankful for off-street parking!

The landscaper started at 7:15 am and woke us up.

The place was very well appointed, and in a great location. It was obvious that thought and care went into the hosting, and the place was very comfortable.

There was quite a bit of noise from the upstairs tenant - simply walking around. Perhaps better ceiling/floor insulation is needed??

Apartment was modern and clean. A lot of thought had gone into decor. Kitchen was very well equipped

We had ground floor apartment and we could hear everything from upstairs. No soundproofing in the ceiling which was a bit of a nuisance

Awesome location. Very comfortable stay for my whole family. Owners came New Years morning and shoveled snow after a storm on New Year’s Eve!

This was the cutest, coziest place to stay for our weekend getaway to Laramie to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday! So perfectly set up and decorated-- I couldn't have been happier with it and all logistics were easy and responsiveness made it super easy. I would highly recommend this spot and wish I could have stayed longer-- we will be back!

I loved how clean the house was.

It would have been nice to have cable or satellite TV.

Excellent as far as toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, garbage bags were all provided.

Very steep stairs & in the basement. Also the beds squeaked but luckily they had a white noise machine that helped so I didn’t wake up every time I moved!

I was in the downstairs or basement rooms. Nicely set up and clean but the noise through the ceiling was dreadful. People stomping around on hardwood floors like a herd of Buffalo most of the evening. Desperately needs some soundproofing or carpet if basement guests are to have a degree of quiet. Convenient location, just noisy from above!
