Quiet. Good location. Great responce from the manager- once we figured out who exactly to contact. The kitchen is very well appointed. The washer/dryer were much appreciated. There were games and books which made the place homey.

The couch: it’s well past it’s prime, ergo no real way to lounge in the lounge. The instructions on exact location of the flat were obtuse.

Le mobilier du salon; divan-lit défoncé, petite télé et les lits sont inconfortables( matelas avec des bosses). Robinetterie dans la cuisine non fixé solidement, et dans la salle de bain, impossible de régler la température de l'eau dans la douche. Rideau douches tachés avec moisissures. Aurait besoin de peinture(salon et salle de bain, murs et plafond) Escalier interieur étroite et abrupte en tapis "tâchés" et marches étroites. Odeur d'humidité dans cet espace restreint.

The place is nice and clean. It is well equipped with complete amenities. It’s like living in our own place back home. A perfect choice of short stay. The owner Alex is very accommodating and makes sure the guests are well informed. Would highly recommend this to everyone who wishes to visit St. John.

Super comfortable beds. Great location. Grocery store nearby and in close proximity to downtown. Price was super affordable!

Couch in living room was a little too small and not very comfortable. Bathroom vanity and toilet seat need updating.

The booking process is intrusive et unacceptable with this obscure company. Once the reservation is engaged with booking.com they request plenty of personal information as passport photograph, date of birth, address etc. etc. Then if you want to cancel during this tedious process they just refuse and will collect the money. Now they have everything to steal your identity. Take care, the real cost tripled when adding cleaning fees!
