This place is conveniently located right across from a park, beach, and some shops. A few cons to our stay was that I missed that there was no AC in the unit so it was a bit warm inside. No real breeze to speak of that flowed in the open windows to make much difference. There was only 1 working stand up fan and the portable AC only cooled around it in the living room with a rather small overflow bucket so couldn't leave it on if not there or overnight as it could spill out onto the floor. Overall, a nice place, clean, and in a good location.

Nice property, looks almost exactly like the pictures (other than some minor furniture rearrangements), really pretty, super clean. Location is amazing, it’s across the street from the beach and only a block or two from the pier, so it’s super convenient. The owners are also super helpful, had a problem with one of the TVs and they had someone come and check it out and remedy the issue without a hassle

The unit does not look anything like the pictures...I have pictures if anyone would like to see them. 1) The old shag rugs are disgusting/dirty/stained (have pictures) 2) An overstated Comment to declare a renovation. A lot of paint over old things. (Have pictures) 3) A/C unit on floor. Had to keep bowl under dirty tube to collect water. Had to empty during the night. Couldn't leave it on when we left during the day, so always came back to a stuffy unit. 4) Furnishings appear to come from a thrift shop 5) Shower curtain too short to keep water off floor. (Not the same curtain in marketing picture) Very disappointed in value for the dollar. After arriving, requested that the owner give us a link to the listing bc I was having trouble pulling up the listing. Wanted to remind myself of what the marketing pictures showed. Also asked for a copy of the invoices that we had paid. Requested twice.. Cody did not respond. And still has not responded .

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property, and I love it so much. It is right across the beach, and there are so many places to eat within walking distance. I love being able to walk everywhere, and it is so close to Coronado Island as well. Besides the amazing location, this place also is fully stocked which makes packing for travel so much easier. The host is also a great communicator. I love that there is a designated parking spot, and I love that I feel safe in the area. Looking forward to staying at this property again in hopefully the near future!

Wonderful location with a great neighborhood! Check in and communication prior was easy! The place very clean however I can not give 5 stars…..description said renovated….my biggest issue was that both bedroom carpets looked so dirty (I believe stained) that they need replaced…bath tile that had been painted was coming off and no spoons in whole place! I would rent again but I’d have an issue with what you get for summer prices
