Accommodation is immaculate and breakfast is second to none! Staff are friendly and go the extra mile. Location is excellent for beautiful beaches and the Broads with a great selection of places to eat and drink. We visit twice a year and the standard is consistently high. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Accommodation (Swallows' Nest) was excellent, plenty of room, very good quality, huge bathroom. Breakfast was also excellent, plenty of choice and very tasty full English.

A short Autumn break away from it all in the beautiful Norfolk countryside. We had previously stayed in the holiday cottages at Dairy Barns but had not used the Bed and Breakfast facilities before.

Birthday treat from hubby and it didn't disappoint.We were greeted with a smile when we arrived and were shown to the most wonderful room I have stayed at. The swallows nest was a split level room and waiting for us was a couple of slices of cake and fresh milk. Very comfie sofa and the room has everything you could need. The bath is huge I almost feel asleep soaking in bubbles.

Booked as a birthday treat for my partner and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Swallows Nest was an amazing room. Breakfast was fantastic and staff very friendly.

I've had another lovely stay at the Dairy Barns in the Swallows Nest room. As always everyone is so helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast was very yummy I do love their choice of different waffles but there is so much choice for breakfast. My room is truly luxurious, I have never stayed in a place with such a big bathroom. I can't wait for my next stay.

Stayed in Swallows Nest,great big room with massive bathroom and fantastic bedroom upstairs.Nice and clean and thoughtfully decorated. Breakfast was to room or barn.Very good choice of items and food,can recommend the waffles! Made very welcome by all.

Such a lovely room with a comfortable bed and an amazing bathroom. The lounge area and outside patio gives absolute flexibility enabling relaxed time in the base to read or watch films without the need to go out all the time. So many places of interest within a twenty minute drive makes this the perfect base. The staff, food and little luxurious touches just put the cherry on top!

The Dairy barns is a tranquil and beautiful spot. Set alongside the farm with beautiful, open views of the Norfolk countryside. The accommodation is so well thought out, with comfortable furnishings and lovely small touches to help you enjoy your stay. The barn is gorgeous where you can sit and relax whilst you eat your delicious breakfast. Finally, the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly and service is always with a smile. Highly recommended for a wonderful trip away.

The people were fantastic, friendly, attentive, and lovely. The room was exceptional, spotlessly, clean, and more than we ever expected. The breakfast was fantastic from start to finish nothing was too much for the staff. Cannot wait to return.

The space and quality of the accommodation

The Swallows Nest is an amazing suite to stay in, and we get very pampered. Breakfasts are fabulous - super choices. The welcome on arrival, service at breakfast and in general is warm, friendly and it felt like we were part of the family. The location is perfect for beach, Broads and other places to visit. There are some wonderful pubs and restaurants close by too. Will definitely stay again and again. Thank you Hannah and Ian and the team, we had a wonderful stay x

Very comfortable staff fabulous accommodation superb

We booked dairy barns for 2 nights due to its proximity to Waxham great barn where we held our wedding. Our family booked a lot of the rooms too. We heard about the dairy barns previously which had excellent reviews and we were not disappointed. Hannah was extremely helpful throughout and in the lead up. All the staff were very friendly and seemed happy to be there. We loved having a little stroke of the horses too. Rooms well kitted out and lovely courtyard area to spend with our family.

We love coming back to The Dairy Barns. It’s a special place for us having got married there. We love coming back for a relaxing weekend away. We love the Swallows Nest room with the luxury bathroom. Staff friendliness is always great and nothing too much for them. The rural location is just lovely and adds to the peace and quiet.

We loved our stay here at the weekend. The room is gorgeous and spacious, was impeccably clean, equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The breakfast was absolutely incredible - such a bonus to have it in our room too, what a treat! Thankyou for having us.
