We had a great stay in this house. It was incredibly clean throughout (the inside, outside, and pool) and it was well appointed with anything one might need during their stay. The pool is larger than most in this neighborhood and beautiful! I would absolutely book this house again!

Reviewer Comments: Stayed here for a week with my 3 children, their significant others and 4 grandchildren. The space was great for the 11 of us. The house is well furnished especially the kitchen. The house is a 5–10-minute bike ride from the beach but the path is flat and a straight shot to the beach. Bedrooms were all nice, the queen size room and the third king were a bit small because of the bed sizes but finding a house with 3 king sized beds is hard and this one has that. There are a few things which I would suggest as improvements. First, oddly enough, there is no dish rack in the kitchen - so washing and drying dishes for a large group was harder than it should have been. Second, the king size bedroom at the far end with its own bathroom has two windows which have no shades on them. If you are looking for a dark bedroom this is not the one. The house had internet, but the strength of the internet was inconsistent and at times it didn't work. That could be due to the number of people using it. The owners have carefully labeled everything along with instructions for use. Some of this is helpful and some a bit too much. The outdoor grill runs off natural gas, so you never have to worry about running out of propane - also a nice feature. The management company was very good and very responsive to all requests. We had a few unusual issues we needed addressed and the management company did everything they could - on a timely basis - to assist. I would recommend the house especially for a group of families looking to rend together.

This beautiful home was a perfect fit for two families to enjoy the pool, beaches, biking, golf and overall beauty of Kiawah Island. The location provided easy access to the biking trails, beach and golf courses and though Charleston/Sullivan Island were a bit of a drive (to get to amazing restaurants), it was well worth the peaceful setting of Kiawah. Our one issue with the pool heater was handled quickly and courteously and we were back in business. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is very convenient, the home was well equipped, has nice outdoor pool and living spaces, condition of property is excellent. The bathroom situation might not be idea for multiple families or a group sharing the house, but it worked for us. The only negative you should be aware of is the owner keeps the garage locked - you can't park your car, your bikes or store your beach gear indoors - and Kiawah has some strict rules about not seeing that stuff from the street.

We liked the quiet location and the pretty pool. We enjoyed using the bikes that came with our beach gear package. The home only has three full baths and a powder room, which was a challenge for our group. The bunk room does not have a full bath nearby. The floors were dirty and need a good mop. Some of the kitchen items need to be tossed and replaced. A second coffee maker would be helpful. ESPM was responsive during our stay.

It has a really large table for 2 families to gather. And the screened porch is huge and with the fan going it’s a great place to rest comfortably even in hot weather. The only thing that was annoying was that 3 bathrooms had toilet seats that were too small and they kept sliding.
