This property was just perfect for our family. We enjoyed it very much if we return to the area we will definitely go with house. Owner is very communicative and you can tell they are family oriented. Had no issues at all. My kids enjoyed every minute in the pool.

Exactly what we needed. Not a worry about anything Kelly has made sure your stay here is relaxing 😎 She’s provided everything just pack your swimsuit! Fully stocked kitchen pantry and all sundries.

We had a great stay at Kelly and Patrick's property with our two young children! The house is equipped with everything we needed and we made use of the master bedroom walk-in closet for our infant in the playpen which was great for us. The backyard definitely steals the show with plenty of space to play and an amazing pool that we spent most of our week in. The whole house and backyard were very clean and we had no issues with communication with the hosts. We would love to come back!

This was a perfect place to stay for our family. Communication with the manager was very prompt and we appreciated their flexibility and responsiveness. Beautiful setting for our Oasis getaway in the desert.

We were in Phoenix area for a wedding. This home was the perfect “base” for the group that had travelled in from the East. Too cold to use the pool but everything else was simply perfect. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely book this property.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very well appointed with everything we could need. The pool was gorgeous and we spent a lot of time enjoying it and the beautiful yard. The house was spacious and fit our large group well. Communication with the host, including the provided list of things to see and do in the area was very helpful. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and would love to stay here again.

We had a fantastic time at this property. It was just as advertised. The pool was great, although warmer than those of us from the PNW would like. 😀 The location was close to restaurants and grocery stores. Overall we had a great time and would highly recommend staying at this property.

Great stay in Goodyear
This home was perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed the backyard daily and played golf at the Palm Valley golf course. Kelly was very responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. Our only issue was minor but I felt it should be addressed. The master shower had very little water pressure and one of the sinks in the master appeared to be clogged as it drained very slow. All in all we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great House! Perfect Location!
This house was in a nice neighborhood and located near a lot of restaurants and retail stores! The home was clean, smelled fresh and everything was well kept. I would tell anyone going to Phoenix to stay at this home. The pool and backyard was amazing!!! My family and I had a great time!! And our Hosts were awesome!!

Excellent Home
We loved everything about this property. The communication was great, the home was very clean and location was perfect. We were traveling for a family wedding and Kelly gave us some great recommendations for food and nearby places, which were very helpful given that it was our first time traveling to AZ. Would definitely book this property again in the future. I highly recommend it!

So wonderful!
This was our first time using VRBO and also traveling to Arizona! Their listing caught my eye and ended up being exactly like what their photos show.
The owners were VERY accommodating - they even had a pack n play for us to use for our infant as well as a safety fence for the pool area. The house and pool were both sparkly clean. Communication was excellent and the owners checked in multiple times to make sure that we had everything we needed.
Overall I give this review a 10/10! We will be visiting this home again!!

HS Baseball Tourney Family
The house was very clean, completely as advertised, and the property manager was very responsive & accomodating. We appreciated having such a comfortable place to stay while on a baseball travel tourney ... we all got much better sleep than when in hotel room(s). Wi-Fi was also good ... this has become very important for remote work & school. Thank you to the owners for sharing your home!

Christmas in Goodyear
My family from out of state met me for Christmas at this beautiful home and our time together there met all my expectations. The home was clean and comfortable, the yard was exceptional and the pool gave hours of fun to my two granddaughters. The owner was easily accessible and felt like a friend. I would love to stay there again.

This place was incredible, close to everything and made you feel like you were home. Very accommodating host. Everything you needed was available and the property was very clean. The pool and backyard is worth the booking alone, but the other ammenities were simply the cherry on top. We would stay here again if we are in the PHX area again without question.

Great family home!
The home was perfect!! Plenty of space throughout, comfortable furniture in every room of the house! The house had everything we needed and then some! The backyard is designed and maintained beautifully. We enjoyed the pool and had plenty of room for my son and I to throw ball. Amazing Arizona Getaway
Look no further, this place is amazing! You will not be disappointed. I used to live in Phoenix and come back a couple times a year. I will be staying here again. The pool is perfect! The house is great and stocked with plenty of essentials. The owner Kelly is a text away and very prepared and responsive.

We had a wonderful time at this rental home. We have stayed at a number of VRBOs over the years and this house was the best stocked by far! Every appliance, dish, towel, puzzle you need! The pool is perfect! Super easy and helpful communication with the owner. Kids are already asking when we can go back again!

The Ultimate Relaxation
We came to Arizona to visit an ill family member. From the booking to departure, Kelly was so easy to work with. The home itself was nothing short of heaven. We needed someplace that was relaxing and this was it. Lots of space to spread out and an incredible backyard that truly felt like the perfect vacation spot. Kelly has thought of every amenity that you could need! We will definitely be booking this home again in the future.
