This property in Oro Valley was a great layout and size for our group of 7. The kitchen was very well equipped, better than most VRBOs we’ve stayed in, and allowed us to easily put together a thanksgiving dinner! We enjoyed the hot tub and cold plunges into the pool. The view is very nice! We enjoyed walks around the neighborhood as well. The host was quick to address questions and accommodate us. Overall a very pleasant experience.

We were in town for a family wedding and were very happy and impressed with the accommodations. We would certainly stay here again.

Very smooth and convenient.

This is an easy house to live in. Beds were excellent, linens, towels were top-north. Kitchen was well appointed - and had enough supplies for our 10 day stay. Kids loved the pool, hot tub and putting green. Excellent groceries, restaurants close by. Lovely park very close. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

Todd and the house were great. He was very responsive to a few special needs we had. All beds were very comfy. Kitchen was well stocked. Hot tub was great. Only suggestion was to put high contrast tape on step edges at inside of front entrance. Several of us almost fell when we tripped on it more than once. Also needs new cushions for pool recliner chairs. Otherwise a great house & lovely location & view of the mountains!

Wonderful house for us and our adult daughters and their boyfriends (3 couples). Well furnished and clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and putting green. Liked the location so close to biking along Canada del Oro and hiking, and easy drive to Sabino Canyon and Saguarro Ntnl Park. Also nice to have the park across the street for a short hike in the dessert when you just need to stretch your legs (about a 1 mile hike max). Services are nearby and easy. The hosts were helpful with house logistics and with recommendations when needed.

Excellent location, accommodations and communication with the owners. We do not have one negative thing to say about this property and the owners. Highly, Highly recommend this location or any location that the owners rent property. Definitely will stay at this property again. Views of the mountains from the outdoor setting were beautiful and relaxing

The perfect house to spend time away from home. Had everything we needed plus more. Hope to go back next winter for a longer stay.

My cousins and I stayed at this property to attempt a memorial service for there mom and my aunt. The house was perfect for us, providing private spaces to grieve as well as large spaces to gather and share memories. I would highly recommend this property!

The home is in a very nice location. We enjoyed the location and the home very much. When we were "home" we spent a lot of time outside and really enjoyed the outdoor space and the hot tub. We would like to note that a couple of the bedrooms could benefit from upgraded mattresses especially when all bedrooms are used by adults. All in all it was a very nice rental.

My sister's and I had a wonderful Tucson visit. Beautiful house with everything we needed for the weekend.

We stayed at this property during Thanksgiving. The house was clean and comfortable. Great amenities including hot tub and pool. Outside space was fantastic!

The ceiling fan in the master BR did not work, I notified the owner, no response. The 2 pool lounge chairs had seen better days. No one used them because they were afraid to go through. The door on the cabinet that the TV was in, in the living room, was falling off the track. I notified owner, no response. All in all, a nice place, but needs some updating and some repairs.

Great place!! Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything needed to cook with. Todd was great to communicate with.

My family and I absolutely like bed this house. The views are amazing and the house was perfect for the number of people we had. We loved the pool and hot tub and outdoor area as well. I will definitely come stay again.

What a great home and host. The minute you walk in the door you feel at home. Everything you need is in the house and the host told us to contact him if we needed anything else. Love the book highlighting favorite places to eat. We highly recommend this host and even this particular home with pool and putting green. Had a great time visiting for our daughters white coat ceremony from the university of Arizona vet school. We will be back again next year!

Nothing but good to say about this property. The space was amazing with four bedrooms and three full baths. Loved floating in the pool in the mornings! Todd was amazing to work with and responded to any questions within minutes. If we are back in Tucson, we will be grabbing this house again!

Beautiful, fully stocked, clean and cozy! Backyard and view were incredible, especially for our 1.5 and 3 year old, and we especially enjoyed the hot tub and fenced pool. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great vacation!!

This was such a great house to stay in while we celebrated my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. Todd was easy to communicate with the whole time, and we were actually able to check in early which was a nice surprise. The house was large and very clean and well stocked. We loved the take one leave one beer/wine fridge - really nice touch. The outside space is just wonderful - and where we spend the majority of our time. The kids and grandpa loved the putting course and we all enjoyed lounging by the pool and enjoying that lovely Tucson weather. Just a couple of suggestions for the future to consider. First the pool was freezing - even in 90 degree weather. Perhaps consider adding a pool heater and charging an extra fee to heat it? I would have been happy to pay that so that my kids would have be able to enjoy the pool. Second- the lounge chair cushions have seen better days and might need to be replaced. And last, but most importantly, in the entry way there is a raised platform area that bisects the middle of the room. As it is the same color as the floor, it is a huge tripping/fall hazard. One of our guests fell off it and landed hard on her knee and was pretty bruised up, another time I tripped off it and almost fell. Might be worthwhile to look at having that removed, or somehow making the edge more noticeable to avoid injuries. But all in all a really great house in a great location - can't beat that view of the mountains when the sun is setting!

We stayed in many VRBO properties that are lovely - as is this home. However, this home had attention and care that went above and beyond. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. We loved the 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom layout. The kitchen is well appointed and very organized. The extra touches included plastic baggies, extra paper towels, a very large selection of spices, and condiments! Yes, we found balsamic vinegar, olive oil, ketchup, mustard, salt, pepper, coffee. Items that you need a few ounces of and hate to buy a large bottle. This kitchen had it all. The hot tub was a special addition - it worked and was hot. All in all, this place lives up to the description and more. A great location too. It is very close to Catalina State Park, multiple stores, and restaurants. Thank you Todd and Stacey.

The house is wonderful for young and old. Outdoor space is fantastic with hot tub, putting green and plenty of space for eating and relaxing. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a traditional Thanksgiving meal for 9 and groceries/restaurants are just a short drive away. 4 spacious bedrooms one on the 1st floor which was great for 1 family member with walker/wheelchair for naps when visiting. Host was very responsive when we had questions and/or issues. We really enjoyed our time there.

Had a plumbing problem which our host Todd was very prompt getting fixed. Although it was fixed it was an inconvenience,

This is a great property, conveniently located in Oro Valley…easy access to everywhere! We loved having the third bathroom which is very hard to find in a 4 BR home. This home is equipped!!! There are little touches in every room that you don’t see in other rentals. Plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, spices, towels, detergents. Larger hot tub than most other homes, beautiful pool. The putting green was used almost every day. Just a great place! Todd & Stacey really make it easy to enjoy your vacation!

Beautiful home, fully furnished with extra!

The house and property was everything anymore. The view from the backyard of the mountains was incredible as well. My boys and I loved the three whole putting green, Pool and hiking. The house was spacious, clean and in a very nice neighborhood. We would definitely return.

We are a family of 5 needing housing for a week while awaiting closing of our new house purchase. House had plenty of room and was walking distance to kids’ school Communication with owner was great!

This house exceeded our expectations!!! Home was spacious, comfortable and very clean. It was stocked with all the essentials you would ever need. Pool and jacuzzi were perfect and where we spent most of our time. Hosts were great as well and responded to any questions we had immediately. Our family is already planning our next stay here next summer. Trust me you won’t be disappointed!!!
