We had such a fun long weekend here! The big table upstairs was perfect for family dinners and game nights.

The house was amazing! We enjoyed it very much. We love this location and will definitely be returning.

I literally was the only one who went up and down the VERY narrow spiral staircase for the entire week. No TV or real sitting area in upstairs (main area where kitchen is)….we would’ve had to go outside and in the door downstairs to use that living area and it was just too much of a hassle, so we never used the downstairs AT ALL. I would not suggest this house for many reasons, but this is the greatest. The house was clean, however, very dated….all the way down to the 70’s golden yellow shower behind that shower curtain you can’t see in pics. The “AC” is one device in upstairs living area that does not have any venting into any rooms…at 67, we were still hot at night….menopausal women be warned lol! There were hundreds of moths glued to the sliding doors at night, making reentry fun as well. Lots of gnats and small fruit flies in kitchen area. The only positive was that it was clean…excluding our small flying friends in the kitchen area! The homeowner was also very accommodating and allowed us to do an early checkin! There’s a great mountain bike trail at the end of the road as well. Really close to Beech Mountain Club and Buckeye Rec Ctr. I would prefer not giving a not so rave review, but I would’ve liked to have had more intel on the layout, as well as, the reality of the stairs and narrow spiral stairs inside. I’m 125 lbs. and had trouble coming in and out of this home….seriously. FYI….the only way to lock the door is to scale the spiral staircase! Bring a petite friend

We really enjoyed our stay. Wonderful place. Nice large decks. Very clean and well stocked with everything you would need. Great location. Wonderful nearby hiking trails. Excellent property for your pet. Would definitely come back.

We had an incredible time at the Chalet! The property was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed everything about it and the property owners were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again. 🏂

Everything about our stay was perfect. The house was stocked with everthing you needed. We love the deck with the gates for the dogs. The dogs loved watching the deer come down the mountain. It was another BEST WEEKEND EVER! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

The owners thought of everything you may need to make your stay enjoyable! The house was perfect for our family of 4! I loved the empty lots around the house, which made for excellent exploring for our kiddos! Would definitely stay again! Thanks for everything Liz!
