Very clean, fresh smelling. Plenty of room comfortable recliners. Very quite. I know there were a lot of amenities. Good restaurants close by. Will definitely be staying here again.

Property was in a great area, the golf course was pretty nice and the Long Island Village residents are super people. Joe is an amazing guy and easy to communicate with and always responds to any questions pretty fast.

This was our 3rd stay here. We had another great time.

The cottage was exactly what we were looking for. It was perfect for two adults and two children. The boys loved the bunk beds! Long Island Village was clean, safe and had plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained. Will definitely be returning next year.

That was an amazing time!

I enjoyed the property. There were doggy bag waste stations stocked with bags for walks with my little dogs. There was plenty of hot water for showers. There were dishes to cook with. This was a great place to stay! There is one complaint. We were denied access by the front office to fish off the dock because we didn't have a boat. No big deal, we paid to fish off the pirate pier by the causeway.

I came to town to see the SpaceX Starship launch. This was an excelent location to view it from and avoid the crowds on South Padre Island.

Really cute beachy property with a lovely small garden in the back. The recliner was a really comfortable one. Very clean property too. Lots of amenities in Long Island Village. Friendly people.

I had a great experience at this property. Its a gated community and it is pleasant and quiet. We all loved the patio, the breeze was amazing at night. Joe is a great host 10/10!

We stayed at Joe's property for 9 days vacation with our 2 large dogs. Overall, it was very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Our daughter loved the bunk bed room and the dogs were over the moon with our daily walks around the village and trips to the beach. Upon our arrival the house was clean except for a couple minor things ( there was a tray with food crumbs in the microwave and some dishes were not washed well) but honestly, it was not a big deal to us We also brought our own small vacuum cleaner to keep the dog hair and the sand under control. Overall, I will give this property 5 stars because it was convenient and enjoyable and the communication with the owner was really easy and fast. Keep in mind that the community charges $90 for the parking and the use of amenities. Although we don't play golf, we actually loved the outdoor pool and a little cafe there. Thank you for letting us stay at your property, Joe. We will be back for sure.

The property is perfect for a family that wants to be close to the island and have all the benefits of a resort. The two full bathrooms and ample living space made it a really enjoyable stay. The communication was quick and accurate for all our needs. Thank you!

Excellent place ,location and neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay. The house was not as stocked as others we have stayed in. Upon arrival, the floors were not clean, but such is to be expected so close to the beach.

Wonderful house with everything you could need! Community amenities are awesome and close to restaurants and shopping! Quick trip to get to the beach! Loved it and will definitely be back! Host was very helpful!

This is almost like a large tiny home. It's very well laid out and set up for vacation. Our girls loved the two small rooms with bunk beds. We would love to come back again.

We really loved our stay in this villa and all that Port Isabel/S Padre Island had to offer. When the weather was beautiful we loved the beach and pool. When the temps were a big cooler, the indoor amenities were perfect for our family! So much to do and everyone was really nice! The place had everything we needed for our family, and Joe was so great at providing information. We highly recommend this for a getaway!

A comfortable, relaxing, and roomy place that is a plus for any vacation. Love the atmosphere and all the friendly people that surround you. The amenities are excellent and the weather is mostly nice. The only drawback is the bridge which can delay any travels around town. But then again it shouldn't be a problem since you're not on the clock.

This is a great place to unwind. The recliner in the living area is the MOST COMFY ever! The amenities are great. We loved the salt water heated pool and hot tub. Joe, the owner is super awesome in answering questions.

We loved every minute of being here. We are a family of 4 with one giant mastiff dog and there was more than enough space for all. My kids enjoyed the 2 sets of bunk beds. Each had their own space so no fighting. The master bedroom was spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. All necessities available in the kitchen. The amenities are a huge plus and worth the $80. We enjoyed coffee every morning on the patio watching people play golf with the sun rising. Food options are endless nearby and South Padre Island is just a few minutes away. We will definitely be back.

This was a great clean place to stay for my family. Very easy check in and out. It was comfortable for all 4 of us and it would of fit 2 more just fine. All of our guests were all over the age of 25. It was slightly warm downstairs but nothing unbearable. One box fan down there would solve this. But no big deal. The second level stayed cool which was great for sleeping. The bathrooms were clean with warm water and the tv worked great. No issues and great onsite amenities very short drive to beach.

This was a wonderful location! We booked here because of the amenities offered. The drive to the island was beautiful over the causeway. Port Isabel was a great place to stay and the price was great! The pool and hot tub were wonderful to relax in after a day at the beach in the salt.
