Karyn’s condo was the best in each category. The condo has plenty of beds, towels, blankets. The large balcony has a nice view. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The beach is a short walk from the condo and far enough away from the beach crowds. The soft sugar sand was a nice surprise. It was nice to have the pool as an alternative to the beach. I highly recommend this condo and will book with Karen again.

The condo was very clean and had everything you need for a stay at the beach. Pool and Beach access were close by and elevator provided extra convenience for third floor. The loft is best suited for adults or older children as the railings are very wide. The patio was very large and the the perfect place to relax with an ocean view while our little ones napped. Highly recommended, would definitely stay again!

This condo was exactly what we were hoping for. We had a family trip every June and have been looking for just the right place to accommodate all of us including my 3 1/2 year-old grandson. Steps from the beach and all the amenities we needed to eat in the room for breakfast and lunch. Quiet end of the beach. We had a wonderful time.

Great Place!

We were there in March during the week and it was very quiet in the pool and on the beach. Not many people around. Quick walk to the beach, the condo had chairs, lots of beach towels and even an umbrella. We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers and the condo had ample room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Quick drive to lots of restaurants and activities. We will be back! Great experience!

Karyn’s condo was the perfect place for our group. We were in town for a wedding and wanted space to relax by the pool and beach, with access to kitchen. This condo is so well equipped. Plenty of bath and beach towels, beach chairs, kitchen items. The pool was lovely and beach area beautiful. Karyn’s communication was great. Do not hesitate to book this unit!

We loved our time at Schooner Point! The location is perfect…. Close to private homes so there are far fewer people at the beach. The pool and grounds are lovely. This unit is fantastic for families. The loft area was perfect for our boys, giving them their own space. Everyone had their own bed with plenty of privacy. The condo was beautifully updated and decorated. It really was a perfect place to make memories with our family!

I love this property. In our unit the refrigerator and freezer smelled fishy and the dishwasher is not secured in place so that when you open the door the whole thing tips forward, kinda scary!

The condo had everything we needed, a great patio and a beautiful view of the ocean. We spent a lot of time at the pool and the beach and both were just steps away. Condo complex is quiet but not far from good restaurants and places to visit.

We stayed here for a week with our 3 kids (8,5,1.5) and had a nice stay. You couldn't ask for a better location with the pool and beach right out your back door. We had grandma and grandpa with us for a couple of the days and it did become cramped with 4 adults and 3 kids in there. The tradeoff for quick pool and beach access was still worth it for us. I would check on toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap before heading to the store. Those were all low or completely out when we arrived. We had no communication issues and owners were very responsive to our questions! Pros: Ideal location for beach and pool Easy and close by parking Lots of bedding options and arrangements Great balcony and lots of space for kids Good size pantry for kitchen items/groceries Cons: The spiral staircase to the loft is dangerous with toddlers (we were chasing our child up and down them and not a super easy way to block them off) Very difficult to get large suitcases up and down spiral staircase No dining table. No a space for a family of 5 to sit down and eat at the same time Not a ton of room for extras without being in the way (stroller, beach toys, coolers, etc.) Lacking a good "junk drawer"- constantly looking for a pair of scissors, piece of paper or pen.

We had a great time! The property was great. Just as described! Will try and come back!

This property was perfect for our trip! It is a group of seven women and each one of us had our own sleeping accommodation the view to the beach is breathtaking and the condo is decorated so cute would definitely recommend

Part of our family stayed in this condo during Thanksgiving, and it worked out great (used the 3 bedrooms plus the sleeping loft). Some of us had previously stayed at this complex, so we knew it was beautiful, and located on a great stretch of quiet beach. This particular condo has a MILLION DOLLAR VIEW from the balcony!

Beautiful property with view! Convenient to New Smyrna downtown and restaurants. We were a family of 5 adults staying 3 nights. We did not expect to do laundry of our 7 bath towels that we used or take out our 1 bag of trash at check out. The check our instructions were scattered in the info package and also vague. It would be helpful for the owner to provide a checkout list for the renters so they would not incur and extra fee, like we have.
