The property and property manager were lovely from start to end. My guests and I were amazed by how beautiful the villa is and had a great long weekend here. The only tip I’d make is that the road up to the villa is quite treacherous, you definitely need a 4x4 vehicle and the construction workers who were working that weekend were not always the friendliest - but the property manager was always communicative and did everything she could do streamline things. Would love to stay here again, it’s especially great for a celebratory trip!

Raphaelle was amazing! She was super responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay. The house is absolutely beautiful. The house cleaners came daily and they were the sweetest ladies. The only downfall I would say is the house is located high up on a hill. The road leading up is dirt and quite steep. You do need to rent quads to get around. If I was with small children I wouldn’t recommend this location unless you were not planning on leaving the house much. They did say they plan on paving the room soon and that would make it way easier to get up. Other than that I thought the stay was a dream. High recommend!

My family of 6 rented this home for spring break of 2022. While the pictures depict the home well the description of the property is not truthfully shared. We have traveled all around Santa Teresa and are well aware of the dirt roads and remote locations of many of the homes. However, when we made the ascent up the hill from the main street of Santa Teresa we were met with an extremely steep, busy and unmanaged terrain for a road. The description says “get away from the noise and dust only 6 minutes away” which is a total exaggeration. This trip will take you twice as long and it is so unpleasant you will not even want to do the drive at all. You will be covered in dust and see so much construction taking place in the area you hear constant noise, see numerous construction workers and countless trucks. The actual home is sandwiched between two homes. One directly below and one above. The first morning we woke up to music blasting from the home above at 7 am. There is little privacy in this location. While the view is “panoramic” as stated in the description - they do not share that the actual “panorama” is mostly the back of a giant hill. You do not see beach or even movement on top of the ocean. We have stayed in other homes in the area and the amount of bugs we found in our rooms here at night after everything had been closed all day takes the cake. The bathrooms are open air bathrooms behind the bedrooms and given the proximity to the home directly behind you we would have liked the opportunity to lock the door from the outside bathroom into our rooms at night. I was especially not comfortable with this with my children. After staying for only one night we moved out. I called the concierge of the property as well as the owner. Just to be clear we stayed a total of 21 hours. I told them that the property and location were not told accurately portrayed on the VRBO website. I asked if the owner would consider a refund as we stayed less than 24 hours and had to search and pay for an alternative and more suitable home during one of the busiest seasons. She was very unapologetic and refused - so we were out of pocket for the entire cost of our stay which we paid in advance. There are so many other beautiful homes in this area and I would highly recommend looking into other options. At this price point you can be closer to the ocean with a better view and not have to deal with the dirt and treacherous road.

Amazing … house was perfect

My family had a wonderful time at Villa Divina. The home is beautiful, the kitchen is state of the art, the pool and outside area are gorgeous. Incredible views and so relaxing. Great staff and manager. Loved it.

Easy renting experience! The house manager got us everything we needed and more. The house is AMAZING!!! Loved loved loved the pool with the view of the ocean! Loved the bedrooms were all the same so no squabbles over who was getting the better one! Loved the individual outdoor shower and bathroom experience! And they arranged for massages and a personal chef and cake and champagne at the house - made our stay super easy! Loved it so much, we stayed an extra night! Pura Vida!!

We enjoyed everything about our stay at Villa Divina. The home is everything we hoped for and more. Eti was great at guiding us to good food and excursions. We will be back!
