The property was well stocked with everything you need. Everything was clean and new Loved that it has a washer and dryer in condo

We stayed for 2 nights during Thanksgiving, and had a great time. We were very impressed with how immaculate the entire house was, and especially loved the electric fireplace. It was a great stay and more than comfortable. The owner was very prompt at responding and so nice to communicate with. We would come again for sure!

Very nice, extremely clean unit with great view of Lake Chatuge. The surrounding area was quiet and peaceful. Great balcony to sit back and have a cup of coffee in the morning overlooking the lake. The unit itself was very nicely furnished and the kitchen had everythiing you could possibly want to prepare meals. Loved all of the lake themed touches. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was as promised at this townhouse. The views on the website are as promised but during the fall you can see across the lake and see the beautiful colors. Townhouse was clean and everything so nice. Communication with the owner Ken was so easy and he was

A beautiful place to relax and enjoy. The condo was clean, lovely decorations and suited every one of our needs. Quiet and peaceful. Easy access to anywhere you need to go for the day. Would return again. Highly recommend using this.

This condo is well-equipped and very clean. It has everything you want for an enjoyable experience. Strong Wi-fi was excellent. Owner leaves clear directions for everything and communicates to make sure everything is okay. Fans are in the bedroom and living area. It has a nice balcony and patio. Washer and dryer are provided.

Beautiful Area
House was very clean with a view of the lake. Surrounding area is beautiful and easy easy to get around. Owner was very helpful and sent us to some great areas. we will return some day.

Off the Beaten Path Done Right
Seriously, we have stayed all over the place in rentals. I was so excited to stay here! This rental is fully equipped. We were tired the first night and decided to cook and stay in. There wasn't anything we needed that wasn't provided.
The living room was very comfy and cozy.
Both bedrooms were comfy as well.
Ken was a wonderful and responsive host. I highly recommend all around.

Enjoyed our stay!
Very clean property, with exceptional communication from the owner Ken. Well stocked kitchen. Grill on deck is a huge plus! Dock is a little difficult to navigate around with a pontoon but is definitely doable.

Cute place! Clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Owner communication was clear.
One note, which was made very clear by the owner, is that access to the nearby dock and lake were restricted to “boater use only”, which was kind of strange given the close proximity of the townhome dock and the fact that no one was actively using it. It felt a little “big brother like” when the primary reason to stay by the lake is to enjoy the amenities of the lake, without having to get in your car to drive to the public access areas.

Great place to stay
We enjoyed our stay. The condo is very clean, comfortable and well-stocked. The vrbo pictures accurately represent the unit. Communication with owner is excellent. We brought our boat and loved the convenience of docking it at the community dock. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location with plenty of amenities
Needed to take care of some business and found the location perfectly centralized for all our needs. Near downtown and easy to get to Murphy, all with a great view for my morning coffee. The lake was a beautiful backdrop for my early morning walk.
The property was well equipped with kitchen needs, plenty of towels for our party of 4, a grill and many other things. We’ll be staying again next time we need to come to town

Cozy and Clean!!
This was the perfect place for our stay! It was immaculate, charming, and just the right size for our family of four. The kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry closet were all well stocked and we were provided with all that was promised and all that we needed. Ken was fantastic to work with and was very prompt, thorough, and personable with his communications. Wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you for your hospitality and for helping to make our trip a wonderful memory for our family!

Great lakeside spot
Nothing wrong at all. Easy instructions, great location, even had neighbor cats chill with us. Quiet, lots of stars at night, even space to park your trailer and a dock for your boat. Can't go wrong at all.

Fantastic Get-Away
From start to finish this was a wonderful place to get away and recharge! The accommodations were not only clean and comfortable, but beautifully decorated as well. Great location and Ken was a wonderful host!! Would stay there again in a heartbeat!!!

We arrived on Christmas day as it began to snow and temperatures dropped to record lows. The gas fireplace was perfect to enjoy the White Christmas! The villa is in a lovely spot with a gently sloped lawn, perfect for sledding. The lake and mountain views are outstanding. Easy drive to Hiawassee and Helen.The villa was very clean and well appointed. The property owner was easy to communicate with and was very prompt responding to our questions.
