We had a wonderful time, pool was great for the kids, great location for our rented boat for the week and access to fishing spots. Owner and Property Manager extremely responsive and helpful. Even got extra tennis balls and a microwave delivered! Thanks Eddie! See you next year!

I have to say, the house was awesome.. The back yard was huge, the pool was perfect, and tons of dockage for several boats. The driveway had plenty of parking for trailers and several cars. My biggest complaint inside the house was the Ac. It would not cool any lower than 76 and during the days went up as high as 80. It ran 24/7 and would not cool down. The TV’s in both bedrooms didn’t work. That’s a pretty big deal when you are paying that much per week. Other issues, were some bathrooms didn’t have toilet paper upon check in and others had a half a roll. No dish detergent, paper towels, bath soap. etc. You definitely have to bring your own stuff. The kitchen was bare bones with supplies. Since we flew in, we had to run out immediately and buy those things, which is kind of a hassle. They did have a couple bikes, kayaks, and a paddle board. The picture showed a gym, several pieces were broken and didn’t work. Overall, The house was great, dated but nice. Loved the location, secluded and private, and the back yard. We had a great week here. The boat dockage is excellent for multiple boats. Spacious house and grounds were well maintained. Very responsive owner and groundskeeper. Many extras. Exceeded our expectations!

Absolutely beautiful and spacious home!!! Prime location for relaxation with activities just a few miles away. We had a great week and could not have asked for a better host. House was well equipped with everything you could possibly need to enjoy paradise.
