We loved the house! The house was perfect and just as beautiful as the pictures. Well stocked with all amnesties. Loved the back and top decks. Beautiful view from all rooms. Easy walk to town for restaurants and shopping. Also convenient to hiking trails. Amazing star gazing from the deck. Would highly recommend.

We loved the place. Three bedrooms each with their own bathroom was perfect for three couples. Plenty of room to spread out or all be together.

This is a recently built house with all the amenities you can think of. The home is comfortable and attractive and the views are amazing. Very close to town, but up the street enough there's little noise or traffic. Great communication with the owner. After a day of hiking, I'd hit the hot tub, and after an evening of stargazing from the rooftop deck, I'd warm up beside the fireplace. I loved my stay.

The home and location were BEAUTIFUL! Quiet neighborhood with wonderful views. My family loved it, there was an awesome fire pit we wanted to use but unfortunately ran out of time.

Beautiful and upscale, this home is meticulous, modern, and well appointed with amenities, including robes in every bedroom closet. We loved coming home to this place after a day of hiking and exploring. It is in a wonderful location - very close to town, but still feels very private. We are very particular about where we stay, but would definitely come back to this lovely VRBO. Highly recommend.

amazing house!

Wow, this home truly has it all. Our family of 5 was excited to stay here after seeing the beautiful pictures on the listing. We were greeted with the beautiful view of red rocks from nearly every window upon our arrival. Each bedroom has a king sized bed with an en-suite bathroom, offering ample space for all of us. We spent Thanksgiving here and the kitchen had everything needed to prepare our dinner - even down to the roasting pan for the turkey. Everything here was very well thought out - from the labels on light switches to the robes to use when walking out to the hot tub to the gorgeous rooftop terrace with an incredible view of the red rocks and stars at night. Beautiful trails and hiking are just a short walk from the property. Highly recommend this home and all it has to offer.

Attentive host, 2 master br on main level separated by living room, 3 master on lower level for great privacy. Fantastic views, walkable to downtown. Would stay again.

Property is brand new and in a great location. Plenty of parking for up to 4 cars. Check in was easy and garage was accessible with remotes provided. Hot tub was clean. There were a few kitchen items missing but staff provided quickly. Beautiful house. Nice art. 3 somewhat equal suites. The largest was the downstairs suite that has access to the hit tub deck but doesn’t have the view of the 2 upstairs suites. This downstairs one has a bigger bathroom and nice outdoor shower. Great utility and washer dryer downstairs. Our first ironing sitting in the hot tub we were greeted by a coyote and huge deer! (There’s a wall so no danger). Right on the edge of a forest which is amazing. Upstairs you have a well appointed kitchen and 2 more suites. One larger than the other but similar. Nice living room with gas fireplace that did give us a few problems getting lit but I let them know and they are addressing it. Everyone wants a fire in Sedona. The fire warms the living area and is viewable from the deck but really doesn’t put off heat to the deck. Mostly aesthetic outside. Theres a rooftop deck that’s awesome for stargazing or morning coffee. We will be back!

This was my second time at Jerry’s home and I loved it as much as I did when I first set foot on the property with my husband in Feb 2021. This trip was with two girlfriends. The property offers perfect shared spaces and private suites. We loved mornings on the deck and evenings around the kitchen table. The proximity to trails and town is ideal for those looking for walkable fun. We never used the hot tub but my friend did use her outdoor shower and loved it! Thanks to Jerry and Angie for their communication pre-trip and during our stay. Highly recommend this beautiful spot.

Sedona was wonderful and our accommodations were just as good.

The house is beautiful and very clean, just like photos. The location can’t be beat, as it’s within walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay at this nice home in the perfect location. Beautiful hikes to experience right off the property and a short walk to uptown Sedona. We didn’t use the hot tub our stay but i am sure it is very nice. It was very hot in Sedona during our visit. The house was exactly as the description.

Amazing Property - Luxury, Comfort, Views, Location, Everyting you could hope for.

This property is amazing and Jerry was an exceptional host. Everything about this property is spot on. The house is perfect for up to 3 couples and moderately private for a couples romantic getaway. My wife and I loved our stay and have already discussed returning in a few years. The property is within walking distance to down town, but far enough to avoid crowds. You will feel like your in the park.

This lovely home was exactly as advertised- there are 3 immaculate master king suites with separate roomy bathrooms for each - the views from the decks were beyond compare and the hot tub provided a much needed respite after walks to the town and hiking. The location is perfect- within walking distance of the town and some nice hikes. We saw some beautiful birds and local wildlife from the deck and it was so quiet!

Home was great for 3 couples based on all beds being kings with private bathrooms. Views were fantastic. Rooftop patio and deck were great for getting together for a beverage.

Everything about our stay was awesome!!! The house was perfect ~ it was a joy to call it home for a week!! We enjoyed the rooftop seating for coffee in the mornings and beers/charcuterie in the evenings! Location is ideal for walking to wonderful trails: Brins Mesa, Soldiers Pass, Seven Sacred Pools ~ no need to worry about trail parking; and walking distance to Uptown!! Communication was always friendly and quick! Lovely neighborhood, but still private, secluded setting, comfy beds, stunning art & home furnishings, wonderfully stocked kitchen, all your toiletries for bathroom, breathtaking Red Rock views from living room and bedrooms and of course the rooftop patio seating area was just incredible!! We love Sedona it’s truly a hiker’s paradise and this beautiful home was absolutely perfect!! 🌵☀️

This home is perfectly located to walk to uptown to shop, eat and just enjoy the town. Very centrally located for day hikes and the hot tub was a perfect after a long hike! The house was comfortable and very nicely arranged and stocked. Highly recommend!

Search no more, you have found your home in Sedona! The house is as nice or nicer than it looks online. The kitchen is well stocked and the bedrooms and bathrooms are all extremely spacious and comfortable. The view from the deck is postcard worthy. When you are ready to explore Sedona, the location of this home is second to none. If you choose to dine at home, two major grocery stores are just a short drive away. The full-size washer and dryer was a major plus for our family of four. I could go on and on, but the most important thing I can say is that the property exceeded expectations. Lastly, the management is very attentive and helpful which makes the entire experience that much easier. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property, immaculate, great location, every possible amenity.

We absolutely loved the house and all its amenities including the beautiful backyard views of the red rock cliffs! The house was so modern and decorated beautifully with amazing artwork. We all appreciated the small details including comfortable beds and individual robes to use while walking down to the hot tub. Also, the house was so clean and well maintained. The location was perfect as we didn’t need a car to walk to uptown Sedona or stop at the Sedona Beer Company for a pint! Thank you for sharing your home with us. This will be a trip we will not forget!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. The owners did such an amazing job updating this house to the most modern style. All three bedrooms have full-size bathrooms ensuite so there's no cramped bathroom situations. all the rooms are really large too, so you have plenty of room. I love the each room also has closet and dresser space for your clothes. That makes such a huge difference. The view is also spectacular. Easy walk to restaurants and shops as well. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. You won't be disappointed!
