Location is peaceful.

Very difficult to find shade. Only a few parasols available which have to be rented per day. During a hot summer we found this very troublesome.

The accommodation was clean, suited with everything we needed, new furniture, great terrace, very close to the beach, with seaview. The stuff was friendly and helpful but not nosy. The water was clean, not busy at all in mid July.

The only thing bothering me was the rude attitude of particular tourists who occupied the sunbeds with towels from the first day they arrived and only used them a few hours. We saw this in other resorts so it seems to be a cultural thing in some countries.

Mobile house with the pool is in a very good location, very close to the beach. The pool is nice and heated with a lot of space around. The kitchen is new and modern with all the appliances. There is a beach bar with a very good offer of food and drinks.

The market is a bit expensive. There are a lot of sea urchins.

Beautiful and peaceful place. Mobile Home was really clean and nice. Enjoyed staying here.

Supermarket is small and doesn’t have that good selection so you need a car to get to the next good supermarket.

Nice location, new modern mobile houses, sports facilities, peace and tranquillity. Easy access to Novalja by bike or car. Well equipped store and wide variety of food choices in the restaurant and bar. Contrary to bigger camps around Novalja this one is a true gem.

Area with mobile houses is new and hence not enough trees and consequentially not enough privacy. Some mobile houses are not equiped with sun screens and therefore you can see or be seen by all neighbours in the row from terrace. Let's see what the future brings...

Houses, beach, pool by the house, beach towels, beach chairs ...

- beach bar in the end of the resort and you had to walk long time if you had your house in other side - not enough kitchen tools (only 4 knives/forks/spooons, plate, gčass; when you put them into washing machine, you do not have any - 2 roles of toilet paper, if you wish more, you have to buy it for yourself; it is not a problem, but if you pay 400€/night I think this is basic, imagine that hotel Plaza or Hilton says to you, that you can not get toilet paper anymore :) - no natural shadow on the beach -market in the camp (very expensive, they did not have eggs for example, meat, fish ...) - by our houses still were not finished construction work on the path between houses so we had everything in dust

Exceptional access to the sea, on of the best in Croatia. Seashore was clean. Beach bar is very nice with rich program ( life music twice a week, movie night) and they also cook. Proximity to Olive tree garden of Lun and Boskinac restaurant. Jogging path to Novalja along seashore. It is not overcrowded and despite to nearby Zrce party beach it is relatively secluded and calm and despite of plenty of garbage around Novalja, it is very clean place. There is jumping castle on the water and water spot rental and massage.

Reception staff is not able to solve majority of issues and looks bored to work there. There is no chair to sit when you are waiting. Generally lack of information about surroundings, propperty, locks, lighting etc. Mobile houses are clean and comfortable, but poorly equiped kitchen and no privacy becase of wrong architecture disposition - you are too close to your neighbours as many villas have no curtains. This is also an issue because you are lacking shade. Trees and vegetations are small and newly planted and cannot therefore provvide any privacy. Our pool was without light. Minimarket has very limited choice and there is a fight to get backery in sufficient amount and choice. There is no tennis court, but basket/socker pitch with hard surface and 2 ping pong tables. Restaurant is good, but more expensive than similar bussinesses nearby and ice cream was poor. Wifi did not work the whole stay and there are even days when you cannot pay by cards…and you cannot reliably compensate by cellular internet as the operator signal on the idland is weak.

Beautiful and quiet place not overcrowded . Modern and cozy brand new mobile houses.

Beautiful place with such a bad service. First I have to tell that it was no problem with earlier check in. We stayed in a brand new mobile house. Everything new and clean, but after check in we found out: - non-working pergola (still open) with non-function lights - no coffee table with chairs on teracce - no drying rack for clothes - no sunbeds - no warm water - no forks - non-function TV (not so big broblem for us) - no baby crib (ordered) Of course no phone response on reception, so we had to go in person for several times (not so close). The answer was always “I apologize, but it is a brand new house, we ordered missing equipment, but items still didnt come”. After some invections and explanation that we want just we paid for and that other houses are fully equipped, some things were fixed. But for coffe sitting set I had to ask atleast five times and it was brought after five days! As we have two small children, we spent a lot of time sitting under pergola and we would use it. I have to tell that we were given a discount, but I would be rather if things were as ordered. Finally is very beautiful place with clean water and not so much people (on therm in june), I hope service will improve and there will be perfect holiday.

Wifi bad connection. There is no television. There was also no electricity .Solved electricity problems quickly according to the situation. The sun blinds on the terrace are missing.
